3. Usually we grate mozzarella cheese on a pizza using a coarse grater. But you can cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Spread out the chopped mozzarella. The fact that the cheese lies in “islands” is even better.

Divide the dough into 4 parts. We leave 1 part for work, while we put the rest under a napkin so that it does not dry out. Roll out into a circle with a diameter of 22-25 cm. Place the dough in a greased form and pierce with a fork. Carefully apply the sauce to the dough. Boiled chicken is placed on it one by one, pineapples on top, then sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Preheat the oven to 200° and place our pizza there for 15 minutes.

Pizza with smoked chicken and pineapple is extremely popular among those who like to enjoy this aromatic and juicy delicacy. This delicious combination of sweet and sour tropical aromatic pineapple, piquant cheese and the excellent taste of smoked chicken breast, seasoned to taste, will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients for cooking:

The homemade dish will be 24 cm in diameter. Let’s roughly make 6 servings - there will be those who can eat everything themselves, and those for whom it is enough to enjoy one piece.

Energy value indicators for 1 serving – 100 g:

  • Proteins - 25 g.
  • Fats - 32 g.
  • Carbohydrates - 42 g.
  • Calorie content - 566 kcal.

You need to prepare:

  • hard cheese – 225 g;
  • fresh yeast – 25 g;
  • olive oil – 5 tbsp. l.;
  • smoked chicken breast – 340 g;
  • pineapple – 225 g;
  • olives (peeled) – 190 g;
  • sweet pepper – 1 piece;
  • sugar – 0.75 tsp;
  • wheat flour – 265 g;
  • fresh milk – 2.5 tbsp. l.;
  • salt - to taste;
  • seasonings: chili sauce, mayonnaise, oregano, ground white pepper - to taste.

Cooking process:

First they make the dough, which is very tasty if you take an Italian recipe.

  1. For yeast pizza dough, in a suitable container, mix the yeast with milk and sugar, pour in warm water, stir with vegetable oil. Wait a few minutes.
  2. Pour salt into the sifted flour and pour in the starter. Knead everything well and set the dough aside for 45 minutes - let it rise.
  3. When the required time has passed, knead the risen pizza dough again, sprinkle flour on the table, roll it out with a rolling pin, while forming the shape of a circle. Leave the cake at the edges a little thicker than the middle. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

It is necessary to start cutting the products prepared for filling:

  1. Smoked chicken breast is chopped into small cubes.
  2. Pineapples are cut into not very thick rings along the fibers.
  3. The olives are cut into rings.
  4. ½ of the prepared cheese is crushed into cubes slightly larger than a chicken breast.

After this, the chicken pizza is assembled:

  1. Place the round base on a baking tray of a suitable size greased with sunflower oil.
  2. Distribute chili sauce and smoked chicken cubes evenly on it.
  3. Season everything with olive mayonnaise and oregano.
  4. Next add the pineapples, followed by more chili sauce.
  5. Add olives and place shredded cheese on them.
  6. Season again with mayonnaise and sauce.
  7. Gently sprinkle everything with pepper and oregano.
  8. Grind the remaining half of the cheese to the top on a coarse grater and place in the oven.

Pizza with pineapples is baked for half an hour, removed from the oven onto a dish of appropriate size.
