1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. l. baking powder

Mix everything with a mixer. Grease the pan with oil, pour out the mixture with flour and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for ~ 20-25 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick. When it’s dry, it’s ready.

This is the mixture I put in the oven.

Pour the second part of the mixture over the finished hot pie.

And left it overnight.

This pie greeted me this morning)))

All that remains is to cut it into cakes for breakfast.

The cakes turned out tender and just melted in your mouth. This weekend I will do it again, but I will not take a glass of vegetable oil, but half a glass and add only to the part where the flour is, and I will not add oil to the filling. This will make the recipe a little easier, both in terms of calories and financially))).
