Break the noodles into pieces 3–4 cm long.


Grease a deep frying pan with sunflower oil, place butter on it, heat it and pour in the prepared noodles. Lubricating the pan with sunflower oil prevents the butter from burning during the frying process.


While stirring, fry the noodles until lightly browned (be careful not to burn!).


Pour enough hot water into the pan to barely cover the noodles and add salt to taste.


Bring the contents of the frying pan to a boil, simmer over low heat for 2 minutes, tightly cover the frying pan with a lid and leave for 15–20 minutes (depending on the quality of the noodles) for swelling.

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Soak noodles in cold water for 5 minutes.Rinse several times until the water runs clear and the noodles are soft.Drain and set aside.
