Dish 1

Traditional pizza in the form of an open pie or cupcake pizza, where ingredients are mixed into a batter and baked in muffin tins. For the filling we use small portions of chicken breast, ham, fried onions and mushrooms, and cheese.

But you can’t spoil the porridge with oil, if your budget allows, we also add olives, cherry tomatoes, pineapples, seafood, corn, etc. Then this pizza will become more festive and “richly decorated.”

Dish 2

The set: ham, chicken, cheese, bread, boiled eggs - gives us the opportunity to creatively approach the production of various canapes. Additionally, we use olives, pineapples, cucumbers, etc. - depending on the budget of the party.

Canapes can be fruity and marshmallow. It will turn out to be economical, because you can make a plate of fruit canapes from several bananas, marshmallows, apples, pears, etc.

  • several pieces of cherry tomatoes;
  • dill;
  • 1 tablespoon each of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and olive oil;
  • a little basil;
  • pack of mayonnaise.

The onions need to be peeled and marinated the night before or at least a few hours before preparing the salad. To do this, cut it into small half rings, pour in a marinade of olive oil, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, add a pinch of basil. The prepared onion should be placed in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

The salad is best prepared 4-5 hours before the festive feast. Cooking procedure:

  • cut the meat into small cubes;
  • Grate cheese and eggs, use a medium grater;
  • cut cucumbers into strips;
  • take a flat plate and place a glass in its center;
  • Place the meat on the bottom of the plate, add a little salt and grease with mayonnaise;
  • the second ball is fresh cucumbers, and again pour mayonnaise on top;

  • Place pickled cucumbers on it, brush with sauce;

And although the menu for the New Year 2019 is somewhat limited, since pork cannot be used for cooking, every housewife will be able to surprise her guests with original hot dishes. Among the products for cooking, it is worth using more fish and poultry or beef, a lot of vegetables and fruits.

  • chicken, weighing up to one and a half kilograms;
  • half a kilogram of sweet and sour apples;
  • a teaspoon of honey;

  • a pinch of dry thyme;

  • black pepper to taste.

Mix honey, pepper, salt, oil and thyme in a small bowl. You will need to rub the chicken with this mixture.

The chicken's legs should be folded together and wrapped in foil. The same should be done with the wings. This is necessary so that these parts of the carcass do not become too dry. The finished chicken can be placed on a baking sheet and put into the oven. Before this, the oven should be preheated to 220 degrees Celsius. The chicken should be fried for half an hour, after which the temperature is reduced to 180 degrees and the bird is baked for another 40 minutes. 5-10 minutes before the end, remove the foil from the chicken so that its crust browns.

The dish must be served hot. Before serving, remove all strings and foil. You can decorate the chicken, garnish it with herbs and serve with vegetables.

On New Year's Eve there must be dessert on the table. In this case, the hostess will be able to finally appease the Yellow Pig. You can use absolutely any sweets for this.

Cake Prague

This is a very simple recipe for everyone's favorite pie. To prepare the biscuit you need to take:

  • 150 ml water;
  • half a spoon of instant coffee;
  • 250 grams of sugar;
  • 8 pieces of eggs;
  • 200 grams of flour;
  • 130 ml vegetable oil;
  • baking powder.

To prepare the cream use:

  • 6-7 tablespoons of condensed milk;
  • 3 chicken yolks;
  • a spoonful of water;
  • a spoonful of cognac;
  • 200 grams of butter;
  • up to 100 grams of any jam.

For the glaze you need:

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa;
  • 20-30 grams of butter;
  • 3 tablespoons sugar;
  • 100 ml water.

You need to start preparing the biscuit by heating the water. We brew cocoa and coffee in it. Separate the yolks, divide them into two separate bowls of 3 and 5 pieces. Mix 5 yolks with sugar, add vegetable oil and stir again. After this, pour in the dissolved coffee and cocoa and beat.

Mix flour with baking powder, then add them to the prepared mixture. Beat the whites until foam appears, add 50 grams of sugar and beat again. Add the resulting mass to the dough and mix. Bake at 200C for 20 minutes. It is recommended not to open the oven during this time.

To prepare the cream, mix the yolks and condensed milk. Cook in a water bath until thickened, stirring constantly. After this, add chocolate, cognac and butter.

After the cake has cooled, it should be cut into 3 parts. Afterwards they should be applied with cream. Coat the top cake well with jam and place in the refrigerator. After some time, pour glaze over the cake.

You can’t do without alcoholic and other drinks on the New Year’s table. Champagne is a must for this celebration. It is often drunk during the chiming clock. It should be served to guests chilled and poured into tall glasses. After this, you can drink any other drinks: both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

For preparation you should use the following ingredients:

  • 200 milligrams of orange juice;
  • 400 ml dry wine;
  • 1 orange;
  • sugar to taste;
  • 2 cinnamon sticks;

Peel the orange, chop the zest and place it in a saucepan. Add wine, cinnamon, grated nutmeg and orange juice. Add sliced ​​orange and sugar there.
