As soon as the dessert boils, it must be turned off and left to brew for 6 hours, after which the manipulations are repeated 3 more times. After this, the jam is ready and can be covered for the winter.

Classic jam from Antonovka

If your household loves sweet pies and pies, you can make jam from Antonovka. It will become excellent filling for baking.

For classic recipe we need the following ingredients:

  • water - 300 ml;
  • Antonovka - 4 kg;
  • granulated sugar - 1.5 kg.

Preparation:

To prepare, you will need the following ingredients (for a 1-liter jar):

0.7 kg of tomatoes;
- 1 small sweet and sour apple;
- ½ medium-sized onion;
- 4 black peppercorns;
