What is a salad? For many of us, this is the easiest dish that does not require much time to prepare, is always light and loved by everyone - our family and guests. An Italian proverb says that a salad should be prepared by at least four people. The first cook must be stingy - he seasons the salad with vinegar. The philosophical cook must add salt.   • Mayonnaise can be made colored. When a small amount of ready-made mustard is added, it turns yellow; red table wine or beet juice - red; tomato puree - orange; sorrel and spinach puree - green.
