Step by step

  1. Place the cucumbers in ice water for three hours, they should be saturated with moisture.

  • vinegar 9% - one glass;
  • sugar -180 g;
  • salt - two tablespoons;
  • garlic - four cloves;
  • mustard powder - two tablespoons;
  • parsley - a bunch;
  • chili - one teaspoon.

Step by step

  1. Cut the vegetables into not very thin semicircles and place in a bowl.
  2. Add grated garlic and chopped herbs to them.
  3. Dilute the mustard powder to a creamy consistency and add to the rest of the ingredients.

  • citric acid - 10 g;
  • water - 1 l;
  • black peppercorns - seven pieces.

Step by step

  1. Cut the cucumbers into small half rings. Chop the pepper into cubes.
  2. Pour clean water into an enamel container, add peppercorns, granulated sugar and salt. Bring the contents to a boil and turn off the heat.
  3. Place the vegetables in a saucepan with the marinade, cover with a lid and leave for 40 minutes.
  4. Then place the vegetables in the jars.
  5. Boil the remaining solution again and add citric acid.
