Wash fresh parsley, dry and finely chop. Add greens to salad.

  • canned mushrooms – 100 g
  • ham – 350 g
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise - 150 g
  • table salt, ground black pepper - a pinch

  • powdered sugar – 2 tsp.
  • lemon juice – 3 tbsp.

  • fresh parsley and dill - 1 bunch

  • mayonnaise – 200 g

Mushrooms must be peeled and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Melt the butter in a frying pan, place the diced ham on it, and then the onions and champignons. Fry everything until golden brown. Boil a chicken egg, peel and cut into pieces. Finely chop the green onions. Cool the contents of the pan slightly, add the onion and eggs. Salt the salad, pepper and season with mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly.
