Cut the onion into rings, potatoes into large pieces, chop the garlic with a knife, cut the pepper into half rings. Scald the tomatoes, remove the skin and cut into cubes. Cut the corn cobs into 5-7 pieces. Separate the green cilantro into leaves. In a dry, hot frying pan, fry the cumin and coriander seeds for 30 seconds and pour into a plate, cool and grind into powder in a mortar. In the same frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, fry the onion, garlic and pepper for 5 minutes. Add potatoes, tomatoes, lentils and dried apricots, pour in 1.5 liters of water and bring to a boil.
