  6. Combine the chopped products with mushrooms and crackers. Season with salt and sour cream.
  7. Garnish the New Year's salad with mushrooms and chicken with grated egg and thinly sliced ​​cucumber.

With chicken and prunes

Ingredients

  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 70 g prunes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g walnuts

Preparation

  1. Boil meat and eggs. Pour hot water over the prunes.
  2. Finely chop the meat, cucumber, and prunes.
  3. Mash the walnuts with a rolling pin. Separately grate the whites and yolks of the eggs.
  4. Lay out the products in layers: meat, mayonnaise mesh, prunes and again mayonnaise mesh, nuts, egg whites, mayonnaise mesh, yolks.

With chicken and kiwi

Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 150 g hard cheese

Preparation

Step by step recipe:
  1. Finely chop the chicken breast.
  2. Chop the onion, chop the champignons with a knife and sauté in a small amount of oil.
  3. Grate the potatoes and cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Chop the walnuts and parsley with a knife.

Layered salad with prunes

Ingredients:

  • boiled chicken breast 300 g;
  • raw carrots 2 pcs;
  • crushed garlic;
  • hard cheese 150 gr;
  • pickled cucumber 2 pcs;
  • onions 4 pcs;
  • boiled eggs 2-3 pcs;
  • vegetable oil;
  • mayonnaise;
  • prunes 200 gr.
Step by step recipe:
  1. The salad is laid out in layers.
  2. First layer: boiled chicken breast - into small cubes, coat with mayonnaise.
  3. Second layer: grate raw carrots on a coarse grater, add crushed garlic and fry in vegetable oil.
  4. Third layer: steam dried prunes, then finely chop and coat with mayonnaise.
  5. Fourth layer: grate hard cheese on a coarse grater, coat lightly with mayonnaise.
  6. Fifth layer: grate the pickled cucumber on a coarse grater.
  7. Sixth layer: fried onions.
  8. Seventh layer: grate 2-3 eggs, coat with mayonnaise.
  9. You can decorate as you wish, for example with green onions.

Salad "Anthill"

Ingredients:

  • 300 g chicken fillet;
  • 1 large or 2 small cucumbers;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 3 large potatoes;
  • 100 grams of cheese;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • salt pepper;
  • mayonnaise;
  • greenery.
Step by step recipe:
  1. Boil chicken fillet in salted water with bay leaf and allspice peas. Boil the eggs. Three potatoes on a Korean carrot grater (or cut into very thin strips if you don’t have a grater), place on a paper towel. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the potatoes in small portions until golden brown. Cut fresh cucumbers and tomatoes into strips. Let the tomatoes drain the resulting juice. Three cheese and eggs on a grater.
  2. Assembling the salad in layers:
    Place half of the chicken fillet as the first layer, lay out a mesh of mayonnaise (cut out a corner in the package, squeeze it out like through a bag and you get a neat mesh).
    In the second layer we put half of the cucumbers and a mesh of mayonnaise.
    Place half a tomato in the third layer. Put 1 clove of garlic (passed through a press), sprinkle with salt and black pepper, lay out cheese, eggs and a mesh of mayonnaise. Repeat all layers.
  3. Sprinkle fried potatoes on top and garnish with herbs.

This is a slightly modified, improved recipe for everyone’s favorite, which we liked so much that we now prepare it every year. The most important thing about it is the correct decoration. - green peas – 1 jar,
- boiled-smoked sausage – 200 g,
- boiled eggs – 2 pcs.,
- pickled cucumbers – 3-4 pcs.,
- hard cheese – 150 g,
- boiled potatoes – 2 pcs.,
- dried basil – 1 pinch,
- dressing - mayonnaise or sour cream.


Step-by-step recipe with photos:





1. The First of January salad is quite simple to prepare. Prepare the ingredients: cut the sausage, pickled cucumbers and boiled peeled potatoes into cubes. Choose boiled smoked sausage without large pieces of fat. Finely chop the eggs or grate them on a coarse grater. Drain the water from the peas, reserve a little for decoration, and use the rest for the main salad mixture. Mix all ingredients (except cheese) in a plate. Season the salad with mayonnaise or sour cream, season with a little basil (you can also add a little black pepper, but do not overdo it with spices, since the sausage has a rather rich taste on its own) and mix.




2. Place the salad in the bowl in which it will be served. Let's level it out. Sprinkle with finely grated cheese.




3. Decorate around the perimeter with chopped dill. From peas we make the inscription the name of the salad - “January 1st”.

Immediately boil the potatoes and eggs in separate pans. Just keep in mind that eggs should be cooked for 10 minutes after the water boils. Potatoes – 20-25 minutes, don’t forget to add salt. Cool the potatoes, peel them and cut them into cubes or grate them.


Place the potatoes in a rectangle. Make a mayonnaise mesh on top. Cut the pickled cucumber in the same way as the potatoes. If you grated it, then grate the cucumber too. Place the sliced ​​cucumber on top of the potatoes.


Now cut the boiled sausage, place it on the cucumber, and make a mayonnaise grid again.


Place the peas on the sausage, which must first be placed in a colander to drain off excess marinade.


Grate the whites and yolks separately. Place the yolks first and then the whites.


Make the number "1" from any vegetable. Finally, decorate the salad with mayonnaise, which you color with food coloring in any color. This is the New Year’s salad “First of January” with boiled sausage that you can make.
