For example, I like to cook pork meat in Korean style. This dish is easy to prepare. True, you need to marinate the meat for up to eight hours. That's why I cook this dish on weekends. I marinate the meat overnight and in the morning it is ready to cook.

So, to prepare this delicious pork dish, we need:
500-600 g pork pulp,
two medium onions,
four to five garlic cloves,
one level tablespoon of granulated sugar,
three full tablespoons of soy sauce,

  1. We also cut the meat into thin strips or small cubes. Place in a bowl - plastic or enamel. This also includes shredded meat into thick rings or half rings, and there should be a lot of it - half the volume of meat. Mix all this with your hands with slight pressure so that the onion releases juice. Salt and add enough 5% vinegar to cover the entire mixture.
  2. Cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator for several hours, or better yet, for half a day. And when we move on to final cooking, drain and remove the onions.
  3. All that remains is to prepare the “accompaniment” for the meat. Cut the onions into thin half or rings and place them in a frying pan with soy or vegetable oil, which is already starting to smoke. Stirring constantly, fry until light brown.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat, after 1-2 minutes sprinkle with paprika powder, add 1-2 cloves of crushed garlic, hot pepper to taste and a little sugar. Pour into a bowl with meat, stir, taste for salt and vinegar.

Option 3

There is also a recipe for “He” from chicken fillet. It's even simpler.
