Preparation

Soak semolina in kefir with sour cream for 2 hours (mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps).

At the right moment (when the semolina has swollen enough), first mix sugar with sugar in a separate container, then add eggs, spices, liqueur and beat well with a mixer. Add this mixture to the container with the semolina-milk mixture. Mix everything thoroughly. If you want, you can add ground nuts (50 grams) and/or steamed raisins (the same amount).

Grease the frying pan with melted butter and fill it with the prepared dough. Cover the top of the pan with a lid and place it on the stove with medium-low heat (or medium heat with electrolyte).

You can prepare a dessert or breakfast dish not only from raw cereal, but also from already cooked semolina porridge, even yesterday’s porridge. It is convenient to make small manna cakes from it, resembling cheesecakes and pancakes in shape.

  • ½ tbsp. and separately 3 tbsp. l. semolina;
  • 500 ml milk;
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 1 egg;

  • 1 liter of milk;
  • 50 g raisins (pre-wash and soak for half an hour in hot water, then let dry);
  • 3 eggs;
  • 3 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 400 g cottage cheese 9%;
  • 50 ml plant. oils (for frying manna);
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar;
  • 3 g salt.

It takes 1 hour to prepare.

The cottage cheese is mixed with regular and vanilla sugar. Beat in the yolk of one egg and mix well. Then you need to add dried raisins and mix with cottage cheese so that they are evenly distributed throughout the entire mass.
