Let's prepare the ingredients:

I wrote the approximate weight of the chicken fillet. I have one piece, which came from cutting a carcass of 1.6-1.7 kg.

1. Grind the fillet. I like it when it’s “straws” - it cooks faster and looks nicer. The size of the pieces is approximately 1*2.5 cm.


Pour some vegetable oil into the frying pan. It is better to take it so that during the cooking process the food does not “stick” to the pan.
Place the frying pan on the fire.


When the oil is hot, add the fillets.


There is no need to close the lid, let it fry. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
In the meantime, let's prepare the frying. Wash the onion, peel and chop.


We also wash the carrots, peel them and grate them on a coarse grater. Can be cut into small strips.
