To fill the pumpkin, you can use boned legs, cut into pieces. Or you can remove fillets from the legs. But when using pieces with a bone, the filling will be thicker and more flavorful due to the gelling substances.

Cut the legs into two parts - drumstick and thigh. If fillet is used, it must be removed in large pieces. Salt and pepper the legs, fry in vegetable oil until a light crust appears. Leave the fried chicken to cool.

Let's wash the pumpkin. Let's step back 5 centimeters from the tail and cut off the cap. Using a spoon, scoop out the seeds and fibers. Then take out some of the pulp.   • Salt – 1 level coffee spoon,
  • Garlic – 3 cloves,
  • Onions – 2 pcs.,
  • Refined sunflower oil – 80-100 ml.

Any parts of the chicken for baking that you choose should be checked for feathers, and then be sure to rinse with cold water. Before marinating, it is advisable to pat the meat dry with napkins or a paper towel. It is advisable to cut whole chicken legs, consisting of thigh and drumstick, into two parts at the joint. Today I will bake chicken thighs with pumpkin.

Peel a piece of pumpkin and remove seeds. Cut the pumpkin pulp into cubes approximately 2 by 2 cm in size.

Peel the onion and cut it into rings. Cut the onion rings in half. And in half again. The end result should be quarter rings.

Let's move on to the next stage - preparing the marinade. To do this, pour sunflower oil into a bowl.
