Healthy snack with beets

Products:

  • fresh cabbage – 300 - 350 g;
  • raw beets – 150 g;
  • lime/lemon juice - 2 teaspoons;
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon;
  • coarse salt - to taste.

How to make a healthy snack with beets:

Finely chop the cabbage.

Grind the beets using a coarse/medium grater.

For the original sauce, combine fresh citrus juice, sand, olive oil, and salt.
