It is suitable for making “Sand Strip” cake or a “Leningradsky” type cake, even tastier than according to GOST, in my opinion.

If you bake a round cake, divide it into 3 parts and roll out circles with a diameter of 26 cm.

That is, you can roll it out to a thickness of 5-7 mm or more if you need it.

It is important not to dry it out in the oven; in my oven it cooks for about 15-20 minutes at a temperature 200-220 gr. But you need to take into account the thickness of the rolling. In some cases, 10 minutes will be enough.
