Ingredients

  • 150 g puff pastry
  • 3 pineapple rings
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. l. wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. Sahara

Preparation

1. Prepare all the ingredients to bake delicious puff pastries. Since the recipe uses ready-made puff pastry and it was frozen, you should take it out of the freezer in advance and let it thaw a little. The softness of the dough should resemble plasticine, quite dense. Use a can opener to open a can of canned pineapple. Fruits in rings or pieces are suitable.

2. Sprinkle a little wheat flour on the work surface - a board or table. Separate a piece of dough (1/3 part) and roll it into a thin layer, lightly dusting it with flour.

3. Cut pineapple rings or pieces into small cubes. During the cutting process, syrup will be released, which is best drained.
