Ingredients:

  • minced pork and beef - 1 kg
  • potatoes - 9 pcs.
  • onions - 3 pcs.
  • champignons - 200 gr.
  • eggs - 8 pcs.
  • soy sauce - 60 ml
  • vegetable oil - 40 ml
  • cream 20% - 125 ml
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • dried basil - 1 tsp.
  • butter - 20 gr.
  • breadcrumbs - 30 gr.

How to prepare an unusual casserole:

1. Heat a frying pan with two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Immediately peel three onions and cut them into 5mm cubes. Place the onion to fry for 5 minutes until translucent.

2. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices 5 mm thick.

3.Place the minced meat in a large bowl, add 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. ground black pepper, 1 tsp. dried basil, 3 tbsp. soy sauce.

4.Take three eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Add the whites to the minced meat and knead it very well until smooth. Leave the yolks, they will be needed for puree.

5.When the onion becomes transparent, add mushrooms to it. Salt 1/2 tsp. salt and stir. Fry the gibs with onions for 10 minutes until the liquid evaporates.

6. The kneaded minced meat must be beaten. You can simply pick up the minced meat and throw it back into the bowl. Do this several times. Beaten minced meat will be more juicy after cooking. To prevent splashes from the minced meat, you can put it in a large zip bag, remove the air and close it. Now throw the minced meat directly in the bag onto the work surface without fear of dirtying the kitchen.

14.Bake the meat ring in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 45 minutes.

15.Make mashed potatoes. Boil the potatoes, drain all the water and use a potato masher to mash the potatoes. Add half a glass of cream and the remaining three yolks to the puree, salt to taste. Stir.
