8. Pour a small amount of olive oil into the frying pan, do not forget to preheat the frying pan and add rice. Mix with oil and fry, remembering to stir.

9. When the rice is slightly fried, add finely chopped onion to it and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Then add the garlic and fry everything together for another minute.

10. Spoon tomato paste, salt and oregano into the broth. Mix everything thoroughly.

To save time, the resulting mixture can be heated in the microwave while the rice is fried.

11. Place tomato pieces in a frying pan.

12. Pour broth into rice. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.

Cooking time for rice depends on the variety you choose. If you have parboiled rice, it will cook faster.

  • minced meat – 0.5 kg
  • rice – 1.5 cups
  • vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. spoon
  • onion – 1 head
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • celery – 2 sticks
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • broth or water – 2.5 cups
  • tomato paste – 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • Tabasco sauce - 2 teaspoons
  • sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • salt – 2 teaspoons

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat in it for 5-7 minutes. Add chopped onion, pepper, celery, garlic to the meat and fry for another 5 minutes. After this, add tomato paste and pour broth or water, salt, add sugar, season with spices and sauce, place rice on top and simmer for 30 minutes until the rice is ready. Instead of minced meat, you can use sausage, frankfurters or shrimp.

Rice with chicken

It is not without reason that rice and chicken dishes are considered classics in all cuisines of the world. The combination is very successful, as evidenced by the recipe for garlic rice with chicken. To prepare it, take:

  • rice - 300 g
  • chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 head
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • egg – 1 pc.
  • garlic – 3 cloves
  • soy sauce, sugar, fried sesame seeds, green onions, spices - to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying

First, boil the rice until tender. While it is cooking, cut the onion, carrots into cubes, and fillet into small pieces.

Prepare the sauce: mix 6-7 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce, sugar and slightly heat the mixture.
