  3. Next, you need to mix all the ingredients for the casserole in a deep container.
  4. Measure out 200 g of finished porridge, add a chicken egg, then sugar, pour in milk, then add flour.
  5. By this time, the raisins have already swollen from hot water, and therefore they need to be squeezed out of the water and dried on a towel to remove excess moisture and add to the casserole.
  6. Mix everything and put it in a silicone mold.
  7. Place it in the oven and cook the casserole for 30 minutes at approximately 200 degrees. The finished porridge casserole will have a golden brown crust on top.
  8. Then remove the casserole from the pan onto a plate. When serving, you can use jam or preserves, or you can use yogurt.
