This recipe will focus on making the yeast dough. After all, dough is the basis of pizza, and, as you know, a good basis is the key to success in any business. There will be dough, but without dough. It will not require long proofing, kneading, molding or other manipulations. Everything is extremely simple - dissolve yeast in water, add flour, add butter and knead the dough. Then, while it is rising, you can go about your business or preparing pizza toppings. It can be anything - even with gourmet ham and cheeses, or lean, only from vegetables. Most often, the filling for pizza is what is left over from the previous meal in small quantities - a piece of sausage, meat or chicken, fresh or pickled vegetables, mushrooms, and all this abundance is topped with grated cheese. As they say - simple, but tasteful.

How to cook with photos step by step

Take fresh baker's yeast (not dry, but in cubes), cut off a plate about 1 cm thick and the size of half a matchbox. This will be 10-12 grams, just what you need for the test. Or we measure the required amount on the scales. Add salt and sugar to the yeast. Grind with a spoon, turning everything into a liquid paste.

Pour in warm water and stir with yeast. Sift the flour and pour about two-thirds of the total amount into water.

Mix the flour and liquid with a spoon. Gradually all the flour will be moistened and the dough will thicken. Add 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, mix it into the dough. Sift the rest of the flour onto the table and place the loose dough on it.

Knead the dough with your hands, gradually removing flour from the edges. After 7-8 minutes, the loose lump will begin to form a smooth, elastic dough, slightly sticky and soft. To make it easier to knead, add another spoonful of butter or add flour. But you shouldn’t get carried away with flour - excess flour will make the dough dense. A well-kneaded dough will be soft but springy under your hands. We collect it into a ball, return it to the bowl, cover and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

After 1.5 hours, the dough will take up about a third of the bowl (it will increase 3-4 times) and will become very soft and airy. It is already ready for cutting, and by this time you should have the pizza toppings ready.

Punch down the dough and place it on baking paper. We stretch it with our hands, forming a round or square (rectangular) pizza base. Thickness 1-1.5 cm (depending on what kind of pizza you like - fluffy or thin crust). Lubricate the base with ketchup or tomato sauce, homemade adjika.

Lay out a layer of onions, cut into thin half rings. To make the onion softer, after slicing, sprinkle it with fine salt and lightly rub it with your hands.

Place pieces of boiled or baked meat on the onion.

We cut fresh tomatoes into slices or slices and place them on the meat. Do not defrost frozen tomatoes; add them to the filling as is. Salt, pepper, season with spices. Arrange olives or olives. Place the pizza in a hot oven (temperature 220 degrees), bake for 15 minutes, until almost fully cooked.

Take the pizza out of the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and leave for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese becomes soft. Sprinkle the finished pizza with herbs, cut into portions and immediately place on the table. Usually served with pizza

Cooking meat pizza at home

Meat pizza can consist of beef, pork and other types of meat. I will use chicken in my recipe. You can add any other meat to your liking. The recipe is universal and if you replace any ingredient with a similar one, the final result will not change much.

1. Place chicken meat in salted water and boil for 15 minutes. Cut the chilled meat into small cubes.

2. Peel the onion and cut into rings.

3. Place in a frying pan and fry until golden brown.

4. Grind the hard cheese using a coarse grater.

To prepare it, you need to put yeast, flour, salt, vegetable oil and water into the bowl of the bread machine. Close the lid and set the fastest setting for yeast dough, in my case it is 45 minutes. The book that was sold with this kitchen assistant contains a separate program designed for preparing pizza dough. The dough is easy to prepare by hand; to do this, combine all these ingredients, knead the dough, which is left in a warm place for 45 minutes.

6. Finely chop the greens. I have some fried mushrooms left in the refrigerator, so I will also put them on the pizza, but this is optional.

7. All preparatory work has been completed. Here are the ingredients for the pizza toppings.

8. Grease the bottom of the pizza pan with vegetable oil, distribute the dough so that edges are formed, 2-3 cm high.

9. Place mayonnaise on the dough and distribute it evenly.

10. Next, squeeze out the ketchup and also distribute it with a brush. Sprinkle spices on top to your liking.
Add ketchup

Many of us order this dish for home delivery - now pizzerias have a fairly developed infrastructure: the courier will bring the dish right to the door.
