Ingredients:

  • mashed potatoes - 2 tbsp.;
  • sour cream - 1/2 tbsp.;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • butter - 8 tbsp. spoons;
  • grated hard cheese - 1 1/2 tbsp.;
  • boiled potatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • bacon - 6 slices

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the casserole dish with oil and evenly distribute the mashed potatoes over it. Grease a layer of puree with sour cream on top and sprinkle everything with salt and pepper.

Cut onions and bell peppers into rings and simmer until soft in butter. Spread the sautéed vegetables with another layer of the casserole. Cover the vegetables with slices of boiled potatoes. This is not necessary, you can, for example, replace whole tubers with mashed potatoes. Now top off the casserole with butter, salt, pepper and grated cheese. We put the dish in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Fry the bacon until crisp, chop and sprinkle on the finished dish.

Dill boiled potato recipe

Ingredients:

  • dill, parsley - 1/2 bunch each.

Preparation

Wash the potatoes, cut them in half if necessary and put them in a pot of water. Bring the water to a boil and cook the tubers for 15-20 minutes, until soft. For 3-5 minutes before readiness, generously salt the water. Drain the water from the boiled potatoes and fill it with butter.
