The first thing I look at is the shelf life. If it lasts 2-3 weeks, this is quite acceptable, but if the label indicates that it can be stored for two months or more, then there are more than enough preservatives in such sweetness.

It is better to put the dried marshmallows aside. When a cake just made from it is put in the refrigerator, it will simply become inedible.

Next comes the nuts. I take 2 glasses of regular walnuts. This amount depends on the recipe that each housewife adheres to - for example, when my grandmother was preparing marshmallow cake, she calmly made do with one glass. There is a small nuance: do not pour out all the ground mass at once, leave a little for powder at the very end.

A little care will be required at this stage. You need to grind so that the “flour” is not too fine. Next, add this ingredient to the bowl.

If you wish, you can make marshmallows at home. True, this will require some culinary skill.

Now set the mixer aside and mix the resulting mixture with a regular tablespoon or silicone spatula. Our base should be similar in thickness to dough.

Stage 3 ingredients
