The nutrition system includes four important stages (Attack, Alternation, Consolidation, Stabilization). The result appears after a week of using such a diet. Ingredients:

  • Oat bran - 2 large spoons
  • Wheat bran - 1 large spoon
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Dry baker's yeast - 10 grams
  • Milk (low-fat) - 3 large spoons

Preparation:

  • Heat the milk, add an egg, a little salt and yeast.
  • Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes, then add the bran
  • Place the finished dough in a baking dish, place it in a warm place for one hour until the dough rises
  • Bake bread in the oven at 180º (40-45 minutes)

Homemade bread according to a recipe from Pierre Dukan

Dukan yeast-free bread

Ingredients:

  • Low-fat milk powder - 30 grams
  • Low-fat, soft cottage cheese - 50 grams
  • Egg, salt
  • Baking powder - 6 grams

Preparation:

  • Mix two components: cottage cheese and egg, add salt
  • Combine powdered milk with starch, baking powder, mix thoroughly, add to cottage cheese
  • Stir the mixture again and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare a baking dish by placing parchment paper in it.
  • Shape the bread into flatbreads
  • Bake on low heat (180º) in the oven, approximately: 20-25 minutes

Dukan - bran

On the Dukan diet, in addition to consuming protein foods, you also need to consume oat bran. They should be in the daily diet. Oat bran has a positive effect on the body's systems, more precisely: it helps normalize blood sugar and balance cholesterol levels.

When bran penetrates the stomach, it swells, and as a result, a person loses the feeling of hunger. And due to gluten, bran takes away a small part of the nutrients with it, which results in the loss of extra kilocalories.

IMPORTANT: This product can be eaten, either as part of baked goods, or simply added to low-fat kefir and yogurt. In addition, bran is used in the preparation of Dukan cutlets, meatballs, and chicken breasts are breaded in them.

Dukan cake

Ingredients for the bottom layer:

  • Bran - 100 grams
  • Five eggs
  • Low-fat cocoa - 30 grams
  • Baking powder - one small spoon
  • Sweetener – 10 tablets
  • Coffee - 100 milliliters

For the top layer:

  • Two cups of low-fat milk
  • Low-fat cocoa - 15 grams
  • Starch (corn) - 30 grams
  • Two yolks
  • Gelatin - 15 grams
  • Sweetener - 6-8 tablets (to taste)

Preparation:

  • Start preparing the bottom layer of the cake, for this: beat the yolks until foamy.
  • Mix them with bran, baking powder, sweetener, cocoa. Finally, pour in 60 milliliters of coffee.
  • Place the resulting mass first in a mold with baking paper, and then in the oven.
  • When the cake is baked, pour the remaining coffee over it
  • Then prepare the top layer of the cake
  • Pour milk into a metal container, add cocoa, starch, sugar substitute, eggs (yolks)
  • Place the contents on low heat, stir
  • Soak gelatin in a small amount of water. Heat too, but do not boil
  • When the first mixture begins to thicken, pour in the dissolved gelatin.
  • Now place the bottom layer in a special form, and pour the top layer on top of it
  • Place the contents of the mold in the refrigerator until the top layer hardens.

Napoleon according to Dukan

Ingredients for the dough:

  • Eggs - three pieces
  • Corn starch - 30 grams
  • 5 grams sugar substitute
  • Vanillin

For cream:

  • Cup of low-fat milk
  • 8-10 sugar substitute tablets
  • Skim milk (powdered) – 50 grams
  • Corn starch - 20 grams
  • Vanillin

Start preparing the delicacy by preparing the cake layers.

  • To do this, beat eggs with sugar substitute, starch, vanillin
  • Bake the resulting batter in a frying pan like pancakes
  • While the cakes are cooling, start preparing the aromatic cream

  • Vanillin

For filling:

  • Low-fat cottage cheese – 370 grams
  • Kefir (low-fat) or yogurt – 100 milliliters
  • Isolate – 1 teaspoon
  • One yolk, two whites

Preparation:

  • Mix all bulk products, grind in a coffee grinder into flour
  • Then beat the eggs with a blender, slowly add boiling water
  • Add sugar substitute, beat the mixture until the volume doubles and white foam forms.
  • Only then add dry, bulk products
  • Gently mix the mixture with a spoon, clockwise
  • Make upward movements, lifting the whites to the surface. Place the cake in the mold and then in the oven (t=180, for 15-20 minutes)
  • While the pie is baking, prepare the filling.
  • Mix kefir, cottage cheese, isolate in a blender
  • And, again, beat the eggs with salt separately into a strong, white foam
  • Mix into the mixture with cottage cheese in the same way as the dough.
  • Remove the pie from the oven, add the filling on top, and bake for another 25 minutes.

Dukan fish pie

Ingredients for the dough:

  • Bran – 4 large spoons
  • Eggs – 2 pieces
  • Kefir – 75 milliliters
  • Powdered low-fat milk - 6 spoons
  • Soda - half a teaspoon
  • Two boiled eggs
  • Pink salmon (canned) in its own juice - 200 grams
  • Green onion

Preparation:

  • Mix all ingredients for the dough in a separate container.
  • Then leave the dough for half an hour, let it swell
  • Meanwhile, prepare the filling
  • Peel the eggs, chop them with pink salmon with a fork
  • Finely chop the onion and add to the filling
  • Prepare the form. Then put half of the dough in it
  • The next layer is the filling, and the top is again the dough.
  • Place in the oven for 25 minutes. Eat warm

Casserole – Dukan

Eating either sweet or not sweet casserole according to recipes from Pierre Dukan will not affect your figure. On the contrary, this dish is very healthy.

Dukan cake

Preparation

Let's start cooking Dukan cake from a biscuit.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Mix oat and wheat bran. Mix all dry ingredients with yolks. Pour kefir into the dough. Mix or beat everything thoroughly.

Beat the whites with a pinch of salt to strong peaks. There should be a spoon in the whites - until this state you need to beat the whites. Gently fold the whites into the dough so that they do not fall off.

Preheat the oven to 180 C. Pour the dough into a large mold, or bake two cakes in turn. I have two identical molds, I bake two cakes at the same time. Bake until dry for 30-35 minutes. Cool in the switched off oven.

Cut the completely cooled cakes in half lengthwise. In total you should get 4 identical shortcakes.

For the cream, beat all ingredients until fluffy.

Everything is ready, it's time to assemble the cake. We soak the first cake with impregnation. Lubricate well with cream. And so on - soak and lubricate. We do not grease the top cake with anything yet.

Now let’s make sure the cake is even. Place a cutting board on top of the folded cake and apply slight pressure for 5-10 minutes. During this time, all the cakes will stick together.

Remove the pressure and grease the top and sides of the cake with the remaining cream.

Leave the cake to soak in the refrigerator. It's better to leave it overnight.

As a result, we get juicy and very tasty Dukan cake!

Dukan cake

Preparation

For the sponge cake, separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt to strong peaks. Combine the yolks with the rest of the ingredients and beat so that there are no lumps. Carefully fold the whites into the yolk mixture so that they do not fall off.

Heat the oven to 180 C. Pour the dough into a suitable sized mold (preferably silicone). Bake for 25-30 minutes until done. It’s easy to check the readiness - the cake should rise well and a golden crust should appear.

Remove the crust and cool on a wire rack. We cut off the edges on all sides, about 1 cm wide. Cut the cake in half lengthwise. The inside of the cake will be moist - don’t worry, that’s how it should be.

For the cream, whisk together all the ingredients. Coat the cakes with cream and combine. Cut the cut edges into thin strips - similar to “curls” =)

Sprinkle curls on top of the cake. Place in the refrigerator to soak.

And now, actually, my new recipe. This will be a cake without bran, since I really love bran porridge and don’t want to waste it on baking! To prepare you will need:

Dukan cake dough

  • egg - 2 pcs;
  • yogurt - 125 ml (jar);
  • soda - 1/2 tsp;
  • vinegar - 1/2 tsp;
  • protein - 3 tbsp;
  • starch - 1 tbsp (optional, look at the consistency of the dough, if it turns out thick, then you should not add starch);
  • cocoa - 1 tsp;
  • sweetener and flavoring - to taste, I like regular vanillin powder.

Dukan cake cream

  • soft cottage cheese - 200 g;
  • sweetener - to taste;
  • vanillin.

Prepare the dough. We divide the egg into whites and yolks. Mix the yolks with yogurt, and beat the whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Add slaked soda to the yogurt. Mix all the dry ingredients and add to the yolk-yogurt mixture. Bake 3 small thin cakes at 200 degrees. I do this on a silicone mat, having first smeared the circle on the backing. What is good about a silicone mat? The fact that the dough on it does not spread, but retains its shape. Cake without bran according to Dukan is prepared very quickly.

While the cakes are baking, make the cream: simply whisk all the ingredients. You can add a pinch of gum to make the cream thicker. But personally, I like this option less.


For example, to make baked goods tasty, it is better to mix all the dry ingredients together, and then add them to the liquid, and not separately, as is usually done. Perhaps not in all recipes, I don’t know yet, since I haven’t baked everything yet, but basically this rule applies.

If the recipe does not require beating, it is better to mix by hand.

When baking, do not open the oven door or knock on it, otherwise the dough will settle.

It is better to mix skimmed milk powder by hand, without a mixer!!!

The cake is quick

If you really want something sweet, no problem! You can literally make a quick cake in half an hour. Tender, juicy and airy, it will win your heart!

To make a low-calorie cake you will not need many ingredients:


Lemon cream

  • milk - 200 ml;
  • corn starch - 1 tablespoon;
  • COM - 1 tablespoon;
  • citric acid - to taste;
  • gelatin - 1 teaspoon;
  • any flavoring - to taste.

How to make low-calorie Snow Cake:

First, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. When you get a fluffy foam, add cottage cheese and beat well. Pour vinegar over the soda and wait until the bubbles end (quench the soda). We lay out all the other products and beat everything thoroughly. Pour the dough into a suitable form in a layer of 1-2 centimeters and put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Check for readiness. We bake the first pancake using the poke method, since all microwaves (even with the same power) behave differently. Depending on the diameter of the mold, you will get either one cake or several. If there is only one cake, then it must be cut into several parts to form a tall cake.

While the cakes are cooling, prepare the cream. The recipe for low-calorie cream is very simple:

Mix all ingredients and cook on the stove until thickened. Remove from heat and add gelatin, pre-soaked according to instructions and heated to 60 degrees. Mix everything and coat the cakes with this.

It is more convenient to bake in a small-diameter mold so that you get several cake layers, then it is very convenient to assemble the cake directly in the same mold. Then the cream will not spread.

Once the cream has cooled, place the cake in the refrigerator. Once it's set, you're ready to enjoy!

Eating and losing weight is the dream of everyone who struggles with excess weight. Thanks to this it became possible. Not only does it allow unlimited consumption of many foods, but it even allows you to eat chocolate cake. The main thing is to prepare it correctly.

A little about diet

The Dukan diet is a nutritional principle based on consuming large amounts of protein foods and cutting back on carbohydrates.

It was developed by the French doctor Pierre Dukan and gained high popularity, first abroad, and then throughout the entire post-Soviet space.

  1. The diet helps you quickly lose weight, but at the same time not limit yourself in the amount of food you eat. It is only important to adhere to certain rules and follow all recommendations. First of all, it is worth knowing that the Dukan Diet consists of 4 stages: Attack.
  2. The most difficult stage, which lasts 2-7 days (depending on the initial weight). You need to eat only proteins and completely eliminate carbohydrates. The longest stage, which lasts until you see the desired numbers on the scales. At this stage, protein and protein-carbohydrate days alternate. You can choose the scheme yourself; options from 1/1 to 5/5 are allowed.
  3. Consolidation. This is a stage that is calculated individually and is necessary to consolidate the result obtained. For every kilogram lost, you need to go through a 10-day consolidation phase. At this time, there are some concessions, for example, in the form of “Feast” - a day when you can eat whatever you want.
  4. Stabilization. A stage designed to last a lifetime, if you want. Stabilization involves a slight restriction in nutrition, but in general allows you to consume almost all foods.

Of course, this is just a general description of the Dukan Diet. There are many nuances that need to be studied before you “sit down” on it. One thing is for sure - by adhering to the Dukan system, you will not go hungry. Moreover, you will eat cakes and lose weight at the same time! This is surprising, but there are thousands of recipes for various sweets that can be prepared “Dukan style.” And one of the most popular desserts is definitely chocolate cake.

Cooking recipes

Many people don’t believe that you can eat cakes and not only not gain weight, but also lose weight. But numerous followers of Dr. Dukan's diet have proven that this is possible. And you will be surprised when you try to cook one of these recipes - the chocolate cake turns out really tasty. No one will even understand that it is not made from ordinary products, has a low calorie content and is healthy.

Of course, to make the cake as “real” as possible, you will need special ingredients that are often used in the preparation of pies, cakes or desserts. Some of them can be purchased at a regular grocery store, but some are quite specific, so you will have to order them online or look for specialized health food stores.

Separately, it is worth mentioning cocoa, which is an indispensable ingredient in the preparation of chocolate cakes and pies. On the Dukan diet, you can without restrictions consume low-fat cocoa with a fat content of up to 2%, which can only be purchased in specialized stores.

If this is not possible, then look on the shelves for cocoa with up to 11% fat content. It can be consumed as a DOP (additional product) up to 14 g per day (3 tsp).

Important! It should be remembered that, starting from the Alternation stage, 2 DOPs are allowed per day. During the Attack stage, DOPs are prohibited, so chocolate cakes and pies are not suitable for this stage.

Pie

If you are not a fan of cakes or just want to start with a simpler recipe, then Dukan chocolate cake will be an excellent option (in the photo you can see how spongy and airy it turns out). The calorie content of the entire dish is 600 calories.


To prepare it you need the following products:

  • 150 g soft low-fat cottage cheese;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 20 g SOM (skimmed milk powder);
  • 40 g starch (corn or potato);
  • 1 tbsp. l. low-fat cocoa (up to 2%);
  • 1 tsp. baking powder;
  • 10 sweetener tablets;
  • vanillin, salt.

How to cook:

  1. It is necessary to separate the whites and yolks. Beat the whites with a mixer until they form stiff peaks (when you turn the cup over, the whites stay in place), this takes 7-10 minutes.
  2. The yolks are mixed with the remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly so that no lumps form.
  3. The whipped egg whites are gradually added to the resulting dough, gently mixing with a silicone spatula from bottom to top.
  4. The mold is filled 2/3 full and placed in the oven (180 degrees). Bake the pie for about half an hour, the exact time will depend on the characteristics of your oven.

With hazelnuts

The Dukan diet allows for the consumption of a variety of nuts per day. Therefore, you can prepare a delicious chocolate-walnut cake with hazelnuts, the calorie content of which for the entire dish will be 1250 calories.


Considering that you will get a large cake, the calorie content of each piece will be quite low.

  • For the biscuit you will need:
  • 30 g starch;
  • 30 g COM;
  • 20 g low-fat cocoa;
  • 10 sweetener tablets;
