Salad "Little Red Riding Hood"

A tasty and unusual salad that will go well with other treats. The salad contains pomegranate and nuts, so true gourmets should appreciate this combination.


To make it easier to chop the ingredients, in particular chicken and vegetables, I recommend boiling them first. For the finished dish, you will need a large salad bowl. Let's move on to the ingredients and start cooking!

Ingredients:

  • Onion two heads
  • Carrots two root vegetables
  • Potatoes two tubers
  • Walnut 1 tbsp.
  • Pomegranate 0.5 pcs.
  • Egg 2 pcs.
  • Chicken fillet 250 g
  • Hard cheese 80 g
  • Mayonnaise, salt to your taste

Preparation:

1.Prepare the ingredients for further cooking. Cook vegetables and eggs. Next, peel the carrots and potatoes, and in the meantime, put the chicken fillet on the boil. If desired, you can immediately peel the pomegranate and nuts.


2.Chop the potatoes and transfer them to a salad bowl.


3. Repeat in the same way with carrots.


4.Chop the onion. To remove bitterness, pour boiling water over it and add to the total mass.


5.Chop the eggs and add them to the vegetables. To make the bubo, leave one yolk whole.


6.Chop the chicken and put it in a salad bowl.


7.Chop the nuts using any method. You don't need to make a crumble, otherwise the nuts will get lost in the dish.


8. Our “hat” is ready. Mix all the ingredients.


9. In a semicircular salad bowl, you need to compact the lettuce tightly to form a hat shape. Carefully transfer it to a plate. All that remains is to decorate the hat.


10. Coat well with mayonnaise. It is important to cover the entire area.


11. We spread the pomegranate over the entire surface and get a red cap.


12. We put the set aside yolk in the center, and we get a real “Little Red Riding Hood” with a bubo.


13. All that remains is to decorate the salad with grated cheese. Rub it and place it on a plate around the hat. Our food is ready and ready to serve!

Original salad "Berezka"

This dish can often be found on the New Year's table. Everyone's favorite combination of meat and mushrooms in this version will be disguised as a birch tree. This is a very tasty and simple dish that is definitely worth making for the New Year.


Ingredients:

  • Champignons 0.5 kg
  • Potatoes 3 tubers
  • Refined oil
  • Egg 3 pcs.
  • Chicken fillet 0.5 kg
  • Hard cheese 100 g
  • Prunes
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt to your taste
  • Parsley

Preparation:

1. Boil the chicken. While the fillet is cooling, we will cook the vegetables and eggs.

2.Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.


3. Lightly coat the frying pan with refined oil and fill it with mushrooms.


4. Fry the mushrooms over medium heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the stove and let the champignons cool.


5. Peel potatoes and eggs.


6. Finely chop the chicken fillet. You can manually tear it into fibers.



8.Add salt, spread with mayonnaise and tamp the mixture tightly with a spoon.



10. Repeat similar steps with champignons.


11. Three eggs on a coarse grater. Spread evenly over salad and cover with cling film. “Berezka” should sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.


12.Hard cheese will serve as decoration. Grate it on a fine grater and distribute throughout the dish. There is no need to press, it is important to get a fluffy top.


13.The last step remains - to give the masterpiece the real appearance of a birch tree. Cut thin strips of prunes and lay them horizontally along the salad.

Salad "Mushroom"

New Year is the main holiday for most people, so there should be quite original and tasty dishes on the festive table. Today we will prepare the “Mushroom” salad, the main ingredients of which are vegetables and chicken. We will create a creative salad that will definitely please all members of your family.


Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 0.3 kg
  • Potatoes 2 pcs.
  • Carrots 2 pcs.
  • Egg 3 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise 100 g.
  • Green onion 15 g.
  • Pickled cucumber 1 pc.
  • Salt and pepper to your taste

We will use poppy seeds, dill, olives and cherry tomatoes as decorations.

Preparation:

1.First of all, let's prepare the potatoes. Pour water into the container and fill it with washed, unpeeled potatoes. The vegetable must be cooked for about half an hour from the moment it boils. After cooling completely, peel the skins and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Transfer to a bowl.


2. Finely chop the green onions and place them on top of the potatoes.


3.Cut the pickled cucumber into cubes and add to the mixture.


4.Next, cook the eggs. From the moment of boiling, we keep them in boiling water for 10 minutes, since we need them hard-boiled. As soon as they cool down, clean them. We immediately set aside one yolk and 2 whites; we will need them to decorate the dish. Finely chop the remaining eggs and place in a bowl.


5.Tear or chop the chicken breast. Place in a bowl with the remaining ingredients.


6. Boil the carrots until soft. This will take half an hour. When cold, peel it and cut it into smaller pieces. Set aside 1 pc. For decoration.


7.Add salt and pepper. Season with mayonnaise. If you have sour cream, you can use it. As a substitute for mayonnaise, however, in this case the dish will turn out to be greasy.


8. Stir the salad until smooth.


9. Transfer the mixture to the final plate and give the salad the shape of a mushroom.


10. Finely grate the yolk; it will be used for the bottom of the hat.


11. We do the same with the squirrels, sprinkle them on the mushroom stem.


12. Place the grated carrots on the mushroom cap and get a real mushroom.


13.Now we will make the final decoration of the salad. First, let's try to create ladybugs. As a base we use a tomato, cut in half. Make small mayonnaise dots. We cut the olive, it will serve as the head. Dill can be used for antennae. As a result, we got a very tasty and unusual salad with creative decoration.

The dream of any housewife is to make a delicious and unusual dish for the New Year's table. I don’t want to cook banal things on this day, but I don’t have the money for anything special. Today’s recipe will be a godsend for many: it contains only standard ingredients, which we will try to turn into a real delicacy.


We will prepare a delicious appetizer of pepper and cheese. The highlight of the recipe will be homemade eggs, the yolks of which have a brighter color.

Don’t delay cooking just before your guests arrive. The pepper must stand in the refrigerator for several hours, otherwise the appetizer will not cut well.

Ingredients:

  • Bell pepper 4 pcs.
  • Chicken egg 4 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise two tbsp.
  • Green onion 15 g.
  • A couple of cloves of garlic
  • Processed cheese 200 g.
  • Hard cheese 200 g.

Preparation:

1.First, boil the eggs hard. After cooling, peel and cut into small pieces.


2. Three both types of cheese on a small grater.


3.Wash the bell pepper and take out the seeds.


4.Add mayonnaise to a small bowl and mix with crushed garlic. Grind the onion feathers. Add to mayonnaise sauce along with cheese and grated eggs.

No holiday table is complete without snacks. Today we will try to make an amazing dish based on shrimp paste. It is a versatile ingredient: it can be eaten with bread, used in stuffing, or made into a delicious snack.


In our case, shrimp paste will be combined with fresh cucumbers. This delicate and fresh taste cannot be conveyed. Let's try to cook something delicious together! The entire cooking process will take no more than 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber 1 pc.
  • Cottage cheese 65 g.
  • Frozen shrimp 0.2 kg.
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
  • Allspice 1 incomplete tsp.


Preparation:

1.First you need to boil the shrimp. It is enough to simmer them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Then we clean it and combine it with pepper, cheese and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.


2.Slice the cucumber as thinly as possible into long slices.


3.Make rolls with filling. You can wrap a cucumber around your finger, then season it with shrimp sauce. Or the second way: add shrimp mixture to the edge of the cucumber slice and wrap it in the form of a roll. To keep the components in place, we pierce them with a toothpick.


4. Place the finished rolls on a plate and serve.


5.You can decorate the top of the dish to your taste. We serve interesting shrimp rolls to the table.

Meatloaf with mushrooms

We prepare meatloaves for almost every feast. Today we will try to make a delicacy that combines chicken and pork. It should be very tasty!


Ingredients:

  • Pork 0.5 kg.
  • Chicken fillet 500 g.
  • Carrots two root vegetables
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Onion one large onion
  • Egg two pcs.
  • Champignons 300 g.
  • Sweet pepper two pcs.
  • Spinach bunch
  • Italian herbs
  • Pepper and salt to your taste

Preparation:

1. Boil the carrots, peel and cut into small pieces.

2. Grind chicken and pork separately, we get 2 types of minced meat. Mix each with finely chopped onion and raw eggs. Add salt and pepper. You can add a crushed clove of garlic to the pork.


3.Cut the onion into half rings and fry until golden brown.


4.Wash the mushrooms, chop them finely and simmer a little with the onions in a frying pan. The main goal is not to fry them, but to remove excess water.


5. Cut the sweet pepper lengthwise into bars.

6. Throw the frozen spinach into salted water and cook for 5 minutes.


7. Let the champignons and spinach cool.

8. Lay out the cling film and place 2 large sheets of foil overlapping each other. Place the minced pork on the surface, then put the bell pepper on one side of the foil and the spinach on the other. Don't forget to add salt.


9. Place minced chicken on top of all components. The next layer will be champignons, then carrots. We cover only half of the entire area with it.


10. We twist the foil and make something similar to candy.


11. Place in the oven for 1 hour. Bake at 200 degrees.

12.After finishing cooking, brush the top part with egg and simmer in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Preparation:

We will try to make a real culinary masterpiece for the New Year's table from simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Olives 10 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Large size chips 20 pcs.
  • Crab sticks 100 g.
  • Tomato 1 pc.
  • Processed cheese 100 g.
  • Fresh dill

Preparation:

1.First of all, grate the cheese.

2. Chop the crab sticks into small cubes and add to the cheese. Repeat in the same way with tomatoes and herbs.

    You will need:

    Breast (chicken flesh)/165 gr.;
    - ham (beef/pork-beef) /175 gr.;
    - tomatoes/2.5 pcs.,
    - eggs (hard-boiled) /10 pcs.,
    - cucumbers/pickled/3pcs.;
    - cheese/hard cheese/95 gr.;
    - mayonnaise/175 gr.;
    - dill/parsley/50 gr.

    Preparation:

    Boil the breast, cool, cut into thin strips. You can even tear it with your hands, then the chicken will look like fluffy threads, which will add volume to the salad. Cut the ham into long strips.

    Boil the eggs, peel and chop into strips. Don’t mix anything yet, because frequent mixing causes the products to lose both their appearance and their vitamins.

    Chop the tomatoes into cubes if they are very soft. Firm tomatoes can be cut into strips. You should not use boiling water, just as it is undesirable to remove the skin from them, otherwise the vegetables will give a lot of juice.

    Grate the cheese. The best option for this salad is a grater for preparing Korean carrots. Then almost all the ingredients will be in the same style; from an aesthetic point of view, this will be a suitable option for the holiday table.




    Place the products in a large, deep dish and carefully mix with mayonnaise. Place the salad in bowls, rinse and chop the greens (by the way, it is better to tear them with your hands to preserve the vitamin content). Decorate each salad bowl with herbs. Bon appetit!

    Product set:

    Chicken fillet/260 gr.,
    - light mayonnaise /165 gr.;
    - dried prunes (unsealed)/170 gr.
    - walnut/125 grams,
    - cucumber (fresh harvest)/a couple of small things;
    - egg (chicken)/4pcs.

    Preparation:

    Boil the chicken, be sure to cool (the salad will turn sour with hot foods) and cut into small pieces.

    Boil hard-boiled eggs, chop into cubes. Cut the cucumbers into longitudinal, small-sized strips.

    Place prunes in boiling water for 10 minutes. Cut into small pieces.

    Mix all of the above ingredients in a separate bowl, arrange into portions in layers, lightly covering each layer with light mayonnaise.




    Grate a walnut on top of each serving.

    Spicy “Herring under a fur coat”

    Since childhood, everyone has become accustomed to the usual herring under a fur coat. Today we offer you an unusual, but tastier, and most importantly quick variation.




    Products:

    Herring/400-450 gr.;
    - egg (chicken)/5-6 eggs;
    - mushrooms (marinated)/165 gr.;
    - beets/1 pc.;
    - carrots/1 pc.;
    - mayonnaise/230 gr.;
    - lemon/half;
    - mustard/20g.

    Preparation:

    Wash the herring, peel, remove bones, and cut into large pieces. Mix a spoonful of mayonnaise with mustard and squeeze lemon into the sauce. Add herring to the sauce. Stir everything with your hands so that each piece is coated with sauce. Leave for 20-30 minutes. Then place everything on a paper towel and blot the herring, removing any traces of sauce.

    Prepare a special ring used in cooking.

    Boil the beets in advance, grate the cooled ones on a large-caliber grater. Devide into two parts. Add a small amount of mayonnaise and mix. Place the first part in a ring on a plate.

    Mushrooms should also be cut into small cubes. Place on top of the previous layer.




    Boil the carrots, peel and grate (coarsely), again season with mayonnaise and divide in half. Place one part on top of the mushrooms,

    Boil and grate the eggs. Grated eggs will be the first next layer of salad.




    Cover everything with a layer of beets already seasoned with mayonnaise.

    Quickly place large herring slices on top of all layers. This is how, without much hassle or worry, you can prepare this “Herring under a fur coat”, which will decorate any table.



    Salad "Economic" with processed cheese and cauliflower

    Despite the name, this is a very tasty and elegant salad that will decorate the most sophisticated table.




    Compound:

    Cabbage (cauliflower)/450 gr.;
    - eggs/5 pcs.;
    - cheese (“Friendship”)/2 pcs.;
    - boiled corn grains /250 gr.;
    - mayonnaise – 185g.

    Preparation:

    Immerse the cauliflower in boiling water for two minutes. Set a couple of small inflorescences aside for decoration. Grind it on a large-caliber grater, place it on a dish, season with mayonnaise (use a pastry syringe).




    Grate the cheese on a fine grater, spread the layer over the apple layer, without pressing down with a spoon, so that it is fluffy. Squeeze mayonnaise from the syringe.

    Grate the eggs (choose a small caliber). Spread on the previous layer, do not level, so that the volume remains. Add mayonnaise, also using a syringe.




    Place the corn kernels in a ring around the edge of the entire dish and the salad itself. Decorate with mayonnaise using the same syringe, for example, draw a lattice or a chessboard.

    Place a couple of sprigs of cabbage and a spoonful of corn in the center.

    Chicken salad with pineapple

    Every housewife knows this salad, but we will try to update it.




    - chicken fillet (boiled)/0.5 kg,
    - dessert corn/can;
    - pineapples, canned in their own juice/1 can;
    - hard cheese/100 gr.;
    - eggs (chicken)/4 pcs.,
    - mayonnaise (light)/180 gr.

    Preparation:

    Tear the boiled fillet into small fibers with your hands and place evenly on a plate. Cover with light mayonnaise. You can use a pastry syringe.




    Place a layer of corn, covering it with mayonnaise. Cut the pineapples (pre-dried) into cubes and place in the next layer. Lightly coat with mayonnaise.




    Boil the eggs and grate them over the fillet. Cover with a light layer of mayonnaise.

    Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Place on top of all layers, both from the center and from the sides. Leave this layer without mayonnaise. You can decorate it with a slice of pineapple.

    Salad with aromatic ham and fresh cucumbers

    Ham is good both on its own and in salads. She will make any dish not only tasty, but also satisfying. Calculate 4-5 servings.




    You will need:

    Ham/270 gr.;
    - cheese (hard variety)/220 gr.;
    - carrots (boiled)/1.5 pcs.,
    - eggs (boiled)/4 pcs.,
    - mayonnaise/4 tbsp. l.;
    - cucumber (fresh harvest)/300 gr.,
    - sour cream/4 tbsp. l.;
    - mustard/spoon;
    - greens/90 gr.

    Preparation:

    Cut the ham into thin longitudinal bars. Wash the cucumber, cut into long strips, about 3 cm. Boil the eggs, cut into strips lengthwise, you can use an egg slicer. Also prepare the carrots in the form of sticks. Grate the hard cheese using a large grater. Mix sour cream, mustard and mayonnaise.




    Place the ham in an even layer in the dish. Pour a little sauce over using a pastry bag or syringe. Place chopped cucumbers on a layer. Drizzle with mayonnaise sauce.




    The next layer will be cooked carrots. Place the eggs on top of the carrots without covering them with sauce. Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese.




    Garnish the dish with bright summer greens.

    Salad Abundance with caviar

    Caviar is a decoration for any table. And any housewife will appreciate a salad with caviar.




    Products:

    Sausage (smoked/raw smoked)/210 gr.;
    - eggs (quail)/7 pcs.;
    - canned corn;
    - red caviar/100g;
    - chips/large packaging;
    - mayonnaise/100 ml.

    Preparation:

    Cut smoked/raw smoked sausage into small squares. Add corn kernels. Stir lightly.




    The chips will be used both inside the salad and for decorating it. Therefore, a small amount of them should be set aside, and the rest should be crushed a little and added to the above products. We also divide the caviar into two parts and add one to the salad.




    Boil the eggs, cut into squares, mix with existing products.




    Add mayonnaise, stir everything thoroughly.

    Place in a salad bowl, make a flower from the remaining chips, and put caviar in the center.

    The salad must be soaked before serving, otherwise the chips will be hard and spicy.

    Chicken salad with peas

    Chicken goes well with any salad. But in order for your table guests to remember its taste, we recommend boiling it with some spices.




    You will need:

    Chicken/430 grams;
    - cucumbers (pickled)/190 grams;
    - green peas (canned)/200 gr.;
    - cheese (hard)/150 gr.;
    - eggs (chicken)/6 pcs.;
    - garlic clove;
    - mayonnaise/180 ml.

    Preparation:

    Wash the chicken fillet, boil it and prepare it for salad. Cut the cucumbers. Mix the above products.




    Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add to future salad. Chop boiled, cooled eggs into cubes. Divide the peas in half. Add the first portion to the salad and stir.




    Pour in mayonnaise, first squeezing the garlic into it.

    Place in a special form placed on a dish. Remove the form, use a spoon to level the salad and decorate it with canned green peas and herbs.

    Salad "Delicacy"

    This is not only a beautiful salad, suitable for a holiday table, but it is also very filling and healthy.




    Ingredients:

    Sausage (boiled)/210 gr.;
    - beans (red)/200 gr.;
    - tomato/190 gr.;
    - eggs (chicken)/4 pcs.;
    - garlic/3 cloves;
    - mayonnaise/190 gr.;
    - cheese/185 gr.

    Preparation:

    Cut the sausage into thin, long pieces. Boil the beans the night before or use canned beans, allow the juice to drain, and place in a bowl with the sausage.




    Finely grate the cheese. Add to beans and sausage. Finely chop the boiled eggs. Add to a cup of food.




    Since beans are a rather dry product, you should not skimp on mayonnaise. Mix mayonnaise with grated garlic and add to salad.




    Place the salad maker on a plate, place the salad in it, then remove it. Trim and decorate with tomato slices in a circle. Sprinkle the salad with herbs.

    Crab salad with Korean carrots

    Featuring crab sticks and Korean carrots, this salad will have guests clamoring for the recipe. In addition, the salad is not only tasty, but also easy to prepare and can serve as an excellent snack for strong drinks.




    Ingredients:

    Crab sticks (meat)/290 gr.,
    - carrots (Korean, spicy) /250 gr.,
    - olive (unsealed) / one jar;
    - chicken eggs/dozen;
    - salt.

    For the sauce you will need:

    Mayonnaise/5 spoons;
    - sour cream/50 ml;

    • 200 g crab sticks

    • 6 boiled eggs

    Preparation:

    Add mayonnaise, mix and add crackers.

    Mix again and you are ready to eat. You can let the salad sit for about ten minutes and the croutons will soften slightly. Delicious both ways!

    A very original salad with an amazing composition. All ingredients go well together. If you don't like celery, replace it with cucumber.

    Ingredients:

    • Smoked ham pcs.
    • Celery (stems) 100 gr.
    • Tomato 1 pc.
    • Boiled eggs 2 pcs.
    • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
    • Sour cream 1 tbsp.
    • A little bit of garlic.
