The dish will have a softer and interesting taste, if you add 200 g of boiled rice to the ingredients, for example, a mixture of long grain and wild black. Crab sticks can be replaced with smoked or boiled chicken meat, and instead of pineapples use canned peaches.

Cooking:

  1. Crab sticks cut into small cubes.
  2. Eggs to clear from a shell. Divide two eggs into whites and yolks. Grate the yolks and leave to decorate the dish. Chop the whites and the rest of the eggs into small cubes. Divide into 2 parts.
  3. Drain the syrup from the pineapples and cut them into small cubes.
  4. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater or crumble with a knife into small cubes.
  5. Grate melted cheese on a medium grater. Add 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise and mix.
  6. Drain liquid from corn.
  7. Line the bottom of a deep bowl cling film(in several layers). Put the ingredients in layers, salt and pepper to taste, tamping with a spoon and smearing with mayonnaise.
    The first layer is melted cheese.
    The second is half the eggs.
    The third is pineapples.
    Fourth - crab sticks.
    The fifth layer is hard cheese.
    The sixth layer is corn.
    The seventh layer is the second half of the eggs. Lubricate with mayonnaise and smooth the surface of the dish. Cover the salad with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  8. Remove the film, cover the salad with a flat dish and carefully turn the bowl with the dish over (you can lightly tap the bowl to make the salad separate better). Remove the bowl and remove the layer of the remaining film.
  9. Decorate the finished salad with mayonnaise. Put chips on a dish, imitating flower petals. Mark the cores of the flowers with a drop of mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated yolk (an example of decoration can be seen in the photo for the recipe).

  • fresh squid, fillet / rings (300-400 g);
  • fresh/frozen shrimp (300-400 g);
  • parmesan / other hard cheese (200 g);
  • processed cheese (200 g);
  • pine nuts (150-200 g);
  • chicken egg (6-7 pcs.);
  • fresh cucumber (1 pc.);
  • pickled / pickled cucumber (2 pcs.);
  • Bulgarian yellow pepper (1-2 pcs.);
  • parsley / cilantro / other fresh herbs (for decoration, 1 bunch);
  • lemon juice (3 tablespoons);
  • Bay leaf(2-3 pieces);
  • dried dill (1 tsp);
  • mayonnaise (300 g / to taste);
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper, other spices (to taste).
If you like the salad, you can diversify the recipe by adding green onion(1 bunch), olives (200 g) and an apple (1-2 pcs.). You can add all the ingredients at once or just some of them. The dish will turn out even tastier and more tender if you replace squid with crab meat, and chicken eggs with quail.

Cooking:

  1. Hard boil eggs. Cool in cold water.
  2. Wash the shrimp and put them in boiling salted water. Add bay leaf dried dill and peppercorns. Boil for 3-5 minutes after boiling again. Drain, cool and clean the shrimp. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Wash the squid fillet and clean from the films. Immerse in boiling salted water and cook for about 1-2 minutes after boiling again. As soon as the meat turns white (after 1-2 minutes), take it out and cool (it is important not to overcook the clams in boiling water, otherwise the meat will turn rubbery). Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  4. Wash fresh cucumbers, remove stems. Leave 1 cucumber to decorate the dish, cut the rest into cubes.
  5. Drain the brine from the pickles, cut off the tails (peel if desired). Cut into cubes and drain the resulting juice.
  6. Parmesan and melted cheese grate on a medium grater. Mix melted cheese with mayonnaise until a thick mass is obtained and divide into 2 parts.
  7. Wash the bell pepper, remove the core and cut into small cubes.
  8. Cut cooled shrimp into small pieces.
  9. Squid fillet cut into short strips.
  10. Peel eggs and separate into whites and yolks. Grate the whites of 3-4 eggs (to decorate the dish), finely chop the rest and the yolks.
  11. In a deep bowl or salad bowl, mix squid, shrimp, pine nuts, egg cubes, salted and fresh cucumbers, parmesan and bell pepper. Add salt, pepper and other spices to taste. Season with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
  12. Cover the bottom of a deep bowl with cling film in several layers. Put half of the melted cheese with mayonnaise, distributing cheese mass along the bottom and sides of the bowl. Smooth out with a spoon. Put the finished salad on top, tamping tightly, and level the surface of the dish with a spoon. The final layer is the remaining melted cheese. Smooth out and press down with a spoon. Cover the salad with cling film and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  13. Cut fresh cucumber lengthwise into thin long slices.
  14. Wash the parsley, pat dry with a paper towel and divide into small sprigs.
  15. Remove food film from ready salad and cover it with a flat dish. Carefully turn the bowl upside down. Remove the bowl and remove the bottom layer of the film.
  16. Sprinkle the entire surface of the salad with grated proteins. Make a decor from cucumber slices, imitating a gift ribbon and a bow (overlap a few pieces, twist the rest into rolls and form flowers out of them). It is recommended to decorate the salad immediately before serving, otherwise the cucumbers and greens will wither and the dish will look unaesthetic.

Experiment with the ingredients to achieve the perfect combination of products for your taste: add sweetness to the dish not with prunes, but with slices of baked pumpkin or sweet potato, add tangerines and canned peaches. Ingredients:

  • crab sticks, chilled (300-400 g);
  • boiled chicken meat, fillet (200 g);
  • hard cheese (200 g);
  • boiled chicken egg (4-5 pcs.);
  • pitted prunes (150-200 g);
  • walnuts, peeled (100 g);
  • sweet orange (2 pcs.);
  • pitted olives (for decoration, 100 g);
  • parsley / dill / other fresh herbs (for decoration, 1 bunch);
  • garlic (2-3 cloves / to taste);
  • mayonnaise (200 g / to taste);
  • salt, freshly ground pepper (to taste).

Cooking:

  1. Put the prunes in a bowl, pour boiling water, cover and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Divide the crab sticks into 2 parts, cut one half into small cubes, and grate the second half on a medium grater.
  3. Chicken meat cut into small cubes.
  4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes.
  5. Chop the nuts with a knife.
  6. Peel the eggs from the shell and grate on a coarse grater.
  7. Wash the oranges, peel them and cut the slices into cubes with a sharp thin knife. Remove the stones and strain the juice (if desired, the juice can be left to soak the egg layer of the salad).
  8. Drain the water from the prunes, dry with a napkin and cut it into strips.
  9. Drain the liquid from the olives and cut them in half lengthwise.
  10. Peel the garlic, wash and pass through a press. In a separate container, mix with mayonnaise.
  11. Wash the parsley, pat dry with a towel and divide into small sprigs.
  12. Put the lettuce in layers in a deep bowl or salad bowl, seasoning them to taste and lubricating with mayonnaise.
    The first layer is chicken meat.

  • chicken meat - thighs / drumsticks (300-400 g);
  • champignons (300-400 g);
  • peeled walnuts (150-200 g);
  • hard cheese (150-200 g);
  • chicken egg (5-6 pcs.);
  • onion (3 pcs.);
  • sweet and sour apple (2 pcs.);
  • carrots (1 pc.);
  • bay leaf (4 pcs.);
  • nutmeg(0.25 tsp / to taste);
  • freshly ground black pepper (0.25 tsp / to taste);
  • sweet pea pepper (6-8 pcs.);
  • lemon juice (2 tablespoons);
  • sugar (for marinade, 1 tsp);
  • table vinegar, 9% (for marinade, 1-2 tablespoons);
  • drinking water (for marinade, 200 ml);
  • vegetable oil / butter (for frying, 30 ml / 50 g);
  • mayonnaise (250 g / to taste);
  • salt (to taste).

Cooking:

  1. Wash chicken thighs, put in a pot of boiling water (1.5-2 liters), add 1 peeled onion and 1 peeled carrot. Bring to a boil and remove foam. Add salt, pepper, 2 bay leaves and other spices to taste. Simmer over low heat until tender (about 25-30 minutes). Cool in broth.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, dry with a paper towel and cut into small pieces. Put in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and cook, stirring, until the liquid has completely evaporated. Then add salt to taste, 2 bay leaves, nutmeg and freshly ground pepper. Stir and fry until golden color(3-5 minutes). Cool down.
  3. Peel the onion, wash and cut into cubes. Mix water, sugar and vinegar in a separate bowl. Pour the onion with the resulting marinade and leave for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Boil the eggs hard boiled and cool in cold water.
  5. Chop the walnuts with a knife.
  6. Wash apples, peel and seeds. Grate the pulp on a coarse grater, pour over lemon juice and mix.
  7. Separate the cooled chicken meat from the bones and skin. Cut into small cubes.
  8. Peel and grate the eggs on a coarse grater. Divide into 2 parts.
  9. Drain the marinade from the onion and squeeze out excess liquid.
  10. Put the salad in layers on a wide flat dish, covering them with a mayonnaise net. For convenience, you can use the culinary ring.

  11. Add cucumbers and half of the crab sticks to a part of the cheese-bark mass with garlic. Mix carefully. Salty stuffing ready.
