Salad with sausage "Obzhorka"

There are a lot of salads with croutons. Here is one of them - very simple and tasty

Ingredients:

1 carrot
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bag of kiriesheki
- 1 cucumber
- 300 g semi-smoked sausage (not very fatty)
- vegetable oil (for frying carrots and onions)
- mayonnaise for dressing

The carrots need to be peeled, washed, grated on a coarse grater and then fried in vegetable oil. Then peel the onions. Wash, cut into thin half rings and fry in vegetable oil.
Transfer the fried vegetables to a salad bowl and let cool slightly.
While the vegetables are cooling, cut the cucumber into cubes.
