  • 500 g squid
  • 300 g fresh champignons
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • 1 onion

  • 2-3 peas of black allspice
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking step by step

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Place the chopped onion in a deep frying pan with heated vegetable oil. Stirring occasionally, sauté the vegetables over low heat until light golden brown.

Wash the fresh champignons and clean them if necessary. Cut the mushrooms in half and cut them into slices of medium thickness. Add chopped champignons to the onions. Stir and continue frying the ingredients together until the mushrooms are ready.

At the end of cooking, salt the champignons fried with onions and season with ground black pepper to taste. Let the ingredients cool to room temperature.

How to cook squid for salad

Wash the squid, remove the skin and entrails, and boil in boiling water for 2 minutes. To make the seafood aromatic, add bay leaf and a few peas of black allspice to the water. Then drain the water from the squids and leave them until they cool completely.

  • champignons – 600 g
  • processed cheese - 150-200 g
  • walnuts – 150 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • mayonnaise, salt
  • vegetable oil

Squid salad recipe:

1. Rinse the squid, remove film, entrails and chitinous plates. Boil water in a saucepan and add salt. Place the carcasses in boiling water for a minute and rinse with cold water. Cut into rings.

2. Rinse the mushrooms, peel them, cut them into 4 pieces, large ones into 8 pieces, place them in a pan with salted water and place on the stove. After boiling, cook for 8-10 minutes, then drain the water.

3. Cut the onion into half rings and fry with mushrooms in a small amount of vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes. Cool.

4. Grate the garlic and nuts. Place the cheeses in the freezer for an hour and then grate them on a coarse grater.

5. Mix all the ingredients of the salad, add salt and season with mayonnaise.
