beef pulp – 300 g;
funchose (in this case you will need vermicelli) – 300 g;
Chinese cabbage – 250 g;
sweet bell pepper – 1 pc.;
fresh cucumber – 1 pc. medium size;

vegetable oil (preferably olive) and salt - to taste.

Salad "Cockerel"

Ingredients:

  • smoked meat (pork) – 400 grams;
  • bell pepper (different colors - for decoration) - 3 pieces;
  • 1 small onion;
  • cheese – 200 grams;
  • olives (pitted) - 1 can;
  • egg (yolk) – for decoration;
  • salt, pepper, mayonnaise.

How to cook:

  1. Cut the meat, onion and pepper (one part) into small cubes, olives into thin strips.
  2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Cut the second part of the pepper into rings and set aside - they will be needed to decorate the plumage.
  4. Mix the ingredients (meat, cheese, onion, pepper), season with mayonnaise.
  5. Create the shape of a cockerel. It all depends on your imagination; you can watch a video that clearly shows how to do this.
  6. Decorate the tail, beard, and comb of the bird with pepper and grated yolk. The eyes and beak are like olives. A wonderful New Year's salad "Rooster" for 2018 is ready!

Salad "Snowdrifts"

Ingredients:

  • boiled potatoes – 2-3 pieces;
  • carrots – 2 pieces;
  • smoked sausage (can be replaced with boiled sausage) – 300 grams;
  • 3 eggs;
  • cheese (white if possible) – 150 grams;
  • salt, pepper, seasonings to taste;
  • mayonnaise;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • mustard – 1.5 teaspoons.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil potatoes, carrots, eggs, peel.
  2. Cut the eggs in half, carefully remove the yolks.
  3. Cut the potatoes into slices and place them in a circle in a plate. Add a little salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the sausage (ham) into pieces and place on top of the potato layer.
  5. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. This will be the third layer of salad.
  6. Each layer is smeared with mayonnaise.
  7. Mash the yolks with a fork, mix with mustard, mayonnaise and garlic passed through a press, stir.
  8. Stuff the eggs with a mixture of yolks, place them on the salad, white side up, and cover with mayonnaise. This is necessary for the cheese to hold.
  9. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Sprinkle on top of salad. Visually, the dish will look like snowdrifts; white cheese gives it a similarity.

Salad for the New Year 2018 “Salmon on a fur coat”

Products:

  • lightly salted salmon (trout, pink salmon, salmon) - 250 grams;
  • beets, carrots - 1 joke each;
  • onion – 1 small head;
  • eggs – 2-3 pieces;
  • hard cheese – 100 grams;
  • salt, mayonnaise.

How to cook:

  1. Grate cheese and eggs on a coarse grater.
  2. Remove bones from the fish and cut into small pieces.
  3. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  4. Take a deep bowl and line the bottom with cling film.
  5. The salad is laid out in layers: fish, onions, eggs, carrots, cheese, beets. Grease each layer with mayonnaise.
  6. The dish should sit in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  7. After the allotted time has passed, remove the salad from the refrigerator and turn it over onto a large flat dish so that the beet layer is on the bottom. Thus, you will get an interesting variation of everyone’s favorite herring under a fur coat, only in reverse, and instead of the herring you will use a delicious delicacy fish.

“Original” salad with beans and pancakes

Ingredients:

  • canned red beans – 1 can;
  • boiled beef meat – 300 grams;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • potato starch – 1 tablespoon;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • onion – 1 piece;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt pepper;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking method:

  1. Mix the egg and starch, add salt to the mixture.
  2. Place the pancake in a heated frying pan, greased with oil, and fry on both sides.
  3. Cut the boiled beef into strips, the onion into half rings. Fry the ingredients in vegetable oil.
  4. Wrap the pancake in a tube and cut it like noodles.
  5. Drain liquid from beans.
  6. Mix all ingredients. Pour in mayonnaise mixed with garlic.

Greek salad"

Products:

  • onion - half a head;
  • tomatoes – 2 pieces;
  • fresh cucumbers – 2 pieces;
  • olives (pitted) – 2 tablespoons;
  • feta cheese – 150 grams;
  • juice of one lemon;
  • olive oil – 5-6 tablespoons;
  • bell pepper of any color - 1 piece;
  • salt, black pepper;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;

Preparation:

  1. Mix olive oil with lemon juice. Season the mixture with salt and pepper; you can use fragrant French herbs for flavor.
  2. Press the garlic through a press and add to the olive oil.
  3. Cut clean washed vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes) into large pieces, pepper into thin strips, onion into half rings.
  4. Cut the cheese into neat, even pieces.
  5. Pour oil over all ingredients and mix. The salad is dressed just before serving.

What you will need:

  • “Russian” cheese – 200 grams;
  • sweet green grapes without seeds – 150 grams;
  • quail eggs – 3 pieces;
  • smoked sausage or balyk – 100 grams;
  • mayonnaise for dressing.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the cheese and sausage into cubes.
  2. If the grapes are large, they can be cut in half or into 4 parts; if they are small, like sultanas, then this is not necessary. They will burst in your mouth, pleasantly refreshing and giving the salad a piquant, delicate taste. The salad will look festive and elegant if you use both green and blue grapes.
  3. Boil the eggs, peel and chop finely.
  4. Mix ingredients with mayonnaise. Mayonnaise can be replaced with unsweetened classic yogurt.

New Year's salad for 2018 “Cornucopia”

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of chicken meat;
  • 1 sweet and sour apple;
  • boiled potatoes – 3 pieces;
  • 2 small onions;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • “Korean style carrot” salad – 200 grams;
  • cheese – 150 grams;
  • vegetable oil, mayonnaise;
  • apple cider vinegar – 1 teaspoon;
  • sugar - half a teaspoon;
  • salt, seasonings;
  • walnuts.

How to cook:

  1. Boil the meat, chop finely. Place in a frying pan along with chopped onion (1 onion) and fry. After frying, set aside and cool.
  2. Boil potatoes and eggs, peel.
  3. Peel the apple and chop finely.
  4. Do the same with cheese.
  5. Marinate the second onion in vinegar, add sugar.
  6. On a large flat plate, begin to form the salad, laying it out in layers. Place the salad mixture in the shape of a horn.
  7. Layers: fried meat with onions, pickled onions mixed with apple, grated eggs, Korean carrots, finely chopped potatoes, cheese.
  8. Coat all layers except the last with mayonnaise.
  9. Decorate the top of the salad with crushed walnuts.

Jelly salad “Nezhenka” with shrimp and avocado

Products:

  • frozen shrimp – 500 grams;
  • avocado – half of the fruit;
  • potatoes, carrots - 1 piece each;
  • mayonnaise;
  • eggs – 2 pieces;
  • water – 100 grams;
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin;
  • bay leaf, peppercorns (for flavor);
  • salt to taste.

How to cook:

  1. Boil the thawed and washed shrimp. If you use peeled shrimp, you will make your task much easier. Lightly salt the water, add bay leaves and pepper. Clean and cut the chilled seafood.
  2. Pour gelatin with cold water and leave to swell. Warm up in a water bath. You should stir thoroughly during the process, otherwise lumps will appear.
  3. Mix the cooled gelatin with mayonnaise (you can add a little sour cream).
  4. Cut the exotic fruit avocado into cubes.
  5. Boil eggs and vegetables, peel and grate (coarse).
  6. Place the layers in a deep bowl, previously covered with cellophane film: shrimp, eggs, avocado, carrots, potatoes.
  7. All layers need to be slightly salted and coated with gelatin sauce.
  8. Place the dish in the refrigerator, first covering it as tightly as possible with cling film. The layers should be thoroughly soaked.
  9. Take out the dish, carefully remove the film, quickly tip it onto a plate so that the shrimp are on top. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
