After another minute and a half - during which time the alcohol will have evaporated, leaving only a warming spicy note - remove the pan from the heat, sprinkle the shrimp with finely chopped parsley and stir.

Cut clean and dry garlic into large slices. Young garlic does not need to be peeled.




Add unscented olive or sunflower oil to a heated frying pan. Add garlic. As soon as the characteristic garlic aroma appears, remove the pieces from the pan.




For caramelization we need soy sauce and cane sugar. But white granulated sugar will also work. Brown sugar just has a brighter aroma and taste.






Pour sugar into soy sauce, stir until grains of sand dissolve.




Place thawed and peeled shrimp in a frying pan in hot garlic oil. Quickly fry the shrimp on one side until the shrimp juices evaporate, about 1 minute.




Turn each shrimp over and cook the other side for another 1 minute.
