This salad has a lot of ingredients that make the salad very filling and tasty.

Ingredients:

  • grapes - 150 gr.
  • cheese - 200 gr.
  • potatoes-4 pcs.
  • boiled chicken fillet - 200 gr.
  • eggs-3 pcs
  • champignons-200 gr.
  • mayonnaise

Preparation:

We cut the mushrooms and fry them. Potatoes, three eggs on a grater. We tear the fillet into fibers. Lay out in layers: chicken, mushrooms, potatoes, eggs. Coat each layer with mayonnaise. Sprinkle finely grated cheese on top. Place grapes in the center.

Until our time, the consumption of grapes and its processed products has been growing all the time. Now almost everyone can afford it. And this is not surprising, because the flow of cheap fruit to Russia from Moldova and Georgia is simply huge.

Grapes are a fairly nutritious and high-calorie product - 72 kcal. Ripe berries contain a lot of glucose and other sugars that are necessary for the normal functioning of the body. Multifruit salad with grapes – “Polyvitamin”

Ingredients for pineapple salad:

  • apple – 2 pcs.
  • canned pineapple – 1 can
  • banana - 2 pcs.
  • grapes - 1 bunch
  • mayonnaise – 0.5 cups
  • condensed milk - 0.5 cups
  • green salad

Cut apples, canned pineapples and bananas into small cubes. Add whole grapes (if the grapes are large, then cut into 2 parts). Pour in salad mayonnaise and condensed milk. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Place in the refrigerator for half an hour - let it brew and cool slightly. Before serving, garnish with green salad leaves.

Salad with grapes, melon and cheese – “Uzbek”

Ingredients:

  • grapes – 400 g
  • melon – 400 g
  • cheese – 350 g
  • pine nuts – 35 g
  • figs - 2 pcs.

  • green onions - 1 tbsp. spoon

Cut the grapes into two parts and remove all seeds. Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds and cut the melon pulp into cubes. Fry pine nuts in a frying pan without fat or oil.

Cut the figs and remove the pulp, then mash it a little. Combine all ingredients, adding finely chopped green onions, vinegar, salt and pepper. Season with sunflower oil. Mix everything thoroughly and leave on the table for 15 minutes to brew.

Chicken salad with grapes – “Winnie the Pooh”

Ingredients:

  • chicken meat – 300 g
  • red seedless grapes – 200 g
  • mayonnaise – 0.5 cups
  • green salad
  • ground black pepper

Boil the chicken fillet, let cool and cut into cubes smaller than 1 cubic meter. see Wash the grapes and cut them in half. Chop the green salad leaves: you can chop them or tear them with your hands. Mix all ingredients, pepper and salt. Season with mayonnaise.

Marinated grape salad – “Leaning Tower of Pisa”

Ingredients:

  • curdled milk – 0.25 cups
  • fresh radish - 2 bunches
  • grapes - 1 glass
  • table vinegar
  • ground pepper
  • green onions
  • parsley

Wash the green onions and finely chop them. Cut the grapes. Then marinate it in vinegar and yogurt for 20 minutes. Chop the parsley and radishes and also add to the main ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix. Garnish with radish slices and fresh herbs.

Salad with chicken, avocado and grapes – “Gorensky”

Ingredients:

  • chicken meat – 850 g
  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • grapes – 200 g
  • tangerines - 2 pcs.
  • green salad
  • orange juice - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • walnuts – 50 g
  • olive mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • cream - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • dry red wine - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • salt – 0.5 teaspoon spoons

Boil chicken meat in lightly salted water until fully cooked. Let cool and cut into small pieces of approximately equal size.

Cut the avocado (if you don’t know what to cook from avocado, read here) into two parts, remove the large central pit with a spoon. Grind the pulp.

Cut the grapes (preferably large red ones) in half and remove the seeds. Peel the tangerines, divide into individual slices and cut into cubes. Combine all ingredients.

Season with a mixture of olive mayonnaise, cream, dry red wine and orange juice. Add a pinch of salt or other spices to taste. Line a salad bowl with green lettuce leaves, on which place the almost cooked salad.

You can use whipped cream and grapes as decoration. It is also recommended to sprinkle with chopped walnuts (read how to prepare salads with nuts).

Grape and cabbage salad – “Romanian”

Ingredients:

  • cauliflower – 150 g
  • fresh tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • raisin grapes - 1 cup
  • sour cream (cream) – 50 g
  • green salad – 4 leaves
  • salt.

Boil the cauliflower, cool and divide into individual florets. Then chop finely. Cut the tomatoes into slices, cucumbers into thin strips.

Carelessly tear the green salad into small pieces with your hands. Combine all prepared ingredients. Add whole raisin grapes (seedless).

Season with low-fat sour cream or cream. To decorate, grease its surface with sour cream and garnish with chopped vegetables that are part of the prepared salad.

Salad with meat and grapes – “Thai style”

Ingredients for Thai salad:

  • beef – 550 g
  • black grapes – 190 g
  • chili pepper - 3 pcs.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • ginger root – 10 g
  • cilantro - 5 sprigs
  • mint - 2 sprigs
  • special Thai fish sauce - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • lime zest
  • lime juice - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • granulated sugar - 2 teaspoons. spoons
  • lemon balm – 1 sprig
  • lettuce
  • sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon. spoon
  • onions – 0.5 pcs.

Fry the beef meat (read how to prepare beef salads) on each side for 2-3 minutes (the original Thai recipe calls for medium-done meat). After frying, leave the meat for 15 minutes, then cut into thin strips.

Next you should prepare the sauce. Peel the chili pepper and remove the seeds. Pass the garlic cloves through a press, and chop the cilantro, mint and lemon balm with a knife. Mix everything, adding Thai fish sauce, freshly squeezed lime juice, granulated sugar. To stir thoroughly.

Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds. Finely chop the ginger and lettuce and combine with the grapes and fried beef. Stir and pour over the sauce. Garnish the salad with toasted sesame seeds and onion rings.

Salad with walnuts and grapes – “Eastern Bazaar”

Ingredients:

  • bulgur - 1 cup
  • red grapes - 1 glass
  • stem celery - 3 pcs.
  • chopped walnuts - 0.5 cups
  • parsley
  • shallots - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • raisin grapes – 0.5 cups
  • nut butter - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • white balsamic vinegar - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • ground black pepper

Boil bulgur (a wheat grain common in the Middle East) for about 15 minutes in lightly salted water. After cooking, drain the water and cover the pan with a towel, wait an hour for excess moisture to leave the cereal.

Then transfer the boiled bulgur to a salad bowl. Cut the grapes into halves and remove the seeds. Finely chop the celery, parsley and shallots.

Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl, adding raisins and chopped nuts. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and drizzle with nut butter. Mix well and serve immediately. The salad goes well with lamb and goat cheese.

Hot salad with grapes and chicken liver – “Agafya”

Ingredients:

  • chicken liver – 100 g
  • butter – 50 g
  • grapes – 70 g
  • pine nuts – 30 g

6.Mix all products with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Tiffany salad with chicken and grapes

products:

Chicken fillet -300 gr.

Egg – 3 pcs.

Cheese – 100 gr.

Lettuce leaves.

Grapes – 200 gr.

Walnuts – 200 gr.

Cooking:

1. Boil the fillet in a saucepan. The water needs to be salted. with mayonnaise, salt and pepper

2. Let the eggs cook for five to seven minutes.

3. Pre-washed grapes need to be cut lengthwise into 2 parts and the seeds removed. (use sultanas for cooking if you don’t want to bother with the seeds).

4. Cut the cooked and cooled meat into cubes. Grate the boiled eggs on a medium grater. The cheese must also be grated. Place the ingredients in different containers without mixing, as the Tiffany chicken and grape salad will be flaky.

5. Place a frying pan on the stove to heat up and add sunflower oil. Place chicken meat for frying. Keep the heat low; the fillet cut into pieces will cook in five to seven minutes. Don't forget to stir so it doesn't burn.

6. If the walnuts are already shelled, then you just need to wash them and crush them on a board. Now all the products are ready to be laid out in layers in the prepared dishes.

7. Place lettuce leaves on the bottom (their edges should protrude outward for beauty) and coat them with mayonnaise.

8. We alternate:
- chicken meat (only half);
- eggs (half);
- grated cheese (half);
- then alternately the second part of these products.
Don't forget to spread mayonnaise and sprinkle walnuts on each layer. For convenience and uniformity, first divide the nuts into approximately equal 6 piles.

9. Place the last layer of grape halves on top.

Salad with chicken, grapes and almonds

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet – 350 gr.

Eggs – 3 pcs.

Cheese – 100 gr.

Almonds – 3 - 4 tbsp. l.

Grapes – 300 gr.

Ground curry – 1⁄2 tsp.

Mayonnaise

Cooking:

1. First of all, you need to cook the chicken. Bring the water to a boil, add salt and add the meat.

2. Now let's prepare the grapes. After they have been washed and separated from the branches, the berries need to be cut lengthwise into 2 parts and the seeds removed if you are not using sultanas.

3. Remove the finished chicken and leave to cool.

4. Place the frying pan on low heat and pour in vegetable oil to fry the meat. To do this, separate the chicken into fibers or cut into pieces. Sprinkle with curry while frying.

6. Boil the eggs and grate them, and grate the cheese as well.

7. Divide the ingredients into 2 parts to form two layers of each ingredient.

8. Grease the bottom of the salad bowl with mayonnaise. Then we start laying out the layers:
- chicken's meat;
- egg;
- cheese.
Then repeat again.

9. Sprinkle each layer with almonds and coat with mayonnaise except the top one

10. Decorate the top with grape slices (glue them onto the mayonnaise).

11. In order for the salad with chicken, grapes and almonds to soak in, keep it in the refrigerator for a while before eating.

Salad with grapes and smoked chicken

Ingredients:

Smoked chicken leg – 100 gr.

Eggs – 1-2 pcs.

Grapes – 50 gr.

Cheese – 30 gr.

Dill or other greens

Mayonnaise

Cooking:

Preparing smoked chicken salad with grapes does not take much time since there is no need to boil or fry the chicken meat

1. Cut the chicken leg into cubes.

2. Cut the grapes in half.

3. Boil the eggs, finely chop the yolk and white without mixing.

4. Pass the cheese through a grater.

5. Place all the products in layers in the prepared dishes:
- cover the bottom with cut berries;
- second layer of crushed egg whites;
- chicken's meat;
- yolk.
Don't forget to spread mayonnaise on all layers.

6. Cover the salad with grated cheese.

7. Decorate the prepared dish with herbs.

8. Place in the refrigerator for an hour.
