Cooking method:

  • Rinse the chicken carcass well and cut into portions. From one carcass you should get at least 12 pieces.
  • Rub each piece with a mixture of dried garlic and paprika.
  • Grill chicken over low heat, turning pieces occasionally to prevent burning, for 20 minutes.
  • While the chicken is frying, peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
  • Peel the fresh garlic and finely chop the cloves with a knife.
  • Mix onions and garlic with sour cream, add flour, salt this mixture, dilute it with water or chicken broth. Stir until the mass becomes homogeneous, without the slightest lumps.

  • chicken breast fillet – 0.8 kg;
  • fresh wild mushrooms – 0.3 kg;
  • sour cream – 0.25 kg;
  • onions – 0.2 kg;
  • vegetable oil – 50 ml;
  • butter – 50 g;
  • salt, spices, herbs - to taste.

Cooking method:

  • Prepare the mushrooms by sorting them, clearing them of debris, rinsing them, and, if necessary, soaking them. You also need to boil the mushrooms in salted water for 20 minutes. If you use “noble” mushrooms, such as boletus mushrooms, it is not necessary to soak and pre-boil them - just cut them.
  • Wash the chicken fillet and cut into cubes of about one and a half centimeters.
  • Cut the onions into half rings.
  • In one frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the chicken pieces for 10 minutes, before adding pepper and salt to taste.
  • In another frying pan, fry the mushrooms and onions in butter. They need to be fried until the excess liquid evaporates.
  • Mix the chicken with mushrooms and place in a cauldron or deep frying pan. You can also use ceramic pots or a baking dish.
  • Cover the chicken with mushrooms with sour cream, sprinkle with herbs and put in the oven for half an hour - there the meat will stew in sour cream even without adding water. However, if the sour cream is very thick, then you can add milk or cream, then the chicken will definitely not burn.

This dish can be served in pots or portioned baking dishes as a separate dish. It will be more economical to serve it as a hot dish with a side dish of baked potatoes.

Chicken stewed with vegetables in sour cream

  • chicken – a carcass weighing about 1.4 kg;
  • carrots – 0.2 kg;
  • onions – 0.2 kg;
  • garlic – 5 cloves;
  • potatoes – 0.7 kg;
  • tomatoes – 0.6 kg;
  • zucchini – 0.5 kg;
  • sour cream – 0.2 l;
  • salt, spices - to taste;
  • water - as needed.

Cooking method:

  • After washing the chicken carcass, divide it into pieces. You can immediately take chicken drumsticks or thighs.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut into small slices.
  • Scald the tomatoes with boiling water so that they can be easily peeled. Cut the pulp into small slices with a sharp knife.
  • Cut the zucchini into cubes, first peeling them if necessary, and removing the seeds from them with a spoon if they are large.
  • Cut the carrots into thin circles or semicircles.
  • Crush the garlic with a special press.
  • Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  • Mix sour cream with salt and spices, crushed garlic.
  • Mix the vegetables.
  • Coat the chicken pieces with sour cream and spices and leave to marinate for half an hour.
  • Place the chicken in sour cream in a cauldron, and place the vegetables there.
  • Pour some water into the cauldron, close it with a lid and put on fire.
  • Simmer the contents of the pan for 40 minutes.

  • chicken fillet – 0.4 kg;
  • carrots – 0.2 kg;
  • onions – 0.2 kg;
  • potatoes – 0.8 kg;
  • fresh champignons – 0.4 kg;
  • sweet pepper – 0.4 kg;
  • sour cream – 0.25 kg;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • seasoning for potatoes with salt - to taste;
  • parsley – 50 g;
  • vegetable oil, water - as needed.

Cooking method:

  • Wash the chicken fillet and cut into small cubes.
  • After peeling the onions and carrots, also cut them into cubes, but very small ones.
  • Cut the peeled potatoes into medium-sized cubes or slices.
  • Wash the pepper, remove seeds, and chop into strips.
  • Cut the champignons into thin slices.
  • Set aside 50 ml of sour cream. Squeeze the garlic and put it in it, mix well.
  • Pour oil into a thick-walled pan, place carrot and onion cubes in it, fry them until soft.
  • Add potatoes, add oil if necessary. Fry the potatoes for 5 minutes.
  • Add the mushrooms and fry the potatoes with them for another 10 minutes. In fact, it will no longer be fried, but stewed, as the mushrooms will begin to release juice.
  • Put the pepper, chicken, pour it all with sour cream, which was not mixed with anything. Season and add salt to taste.
  • Simmer the dish over low heat under the lid for 25 minutes, stirring it from time to time and adding a little water.
  • Before serving, pour or brush with sour cream mixed with garlic, sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

Peel the onion and cut into large cubes. Onions can be cut into rings, half rings or small cubes.

Fry the chicken fillet in heated vegetable oil until light golden brown. Fry the fillet over high heat for 3-4 minutes.

Add the onion to the chicken and fry it until golden brown.

Add salt, ground black pepper and spices to the chicken to taste. Then add sour cream. Mix everything well.

If you don’t have enough sour cream, you can dilute it with water or broth.

A very interesting taste is obtained if you add a little curry to the chicken.

Bring the sauce to a boil, turn the heat to low and cover it with a lid. Simmer the chicken for 10-20 minutes.

Boil the sour cream a little and remove the chicken from the heat.

Don't forget to taste the sauce and meat, add salt and spices if necessary.

Recipe 2: chicken fillet in sour cream in the oven

  1. Chicken fillet – 700 gr.
  2. Sour cream (25%) – 300 ml.
  3. Vodka – 100 ml.
  4. Bell pepper – 1 pc.
  5. Ground black pepper
  6. Vegetable oil

Fry the fillet

Since I bought fresh chicken fillet, I first washed it well under cold running water, then dried it and cut it into arbitrary pieces.

Then set the frying pan over medium heat, pour in a little vegetable oil and add the meat to fry, stirring constantly until it is golden brown (about 10 minutes).

At this time, quickly remove the seeds from the bell pepper, wash it, cut it into strips and add it to the frying pan.

Then add vodka, salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 5 minutes.

Set the oven to preheat to 150 degrees.

After we have stewed the meat in vodka, pour it with sour cream, mix thoroughly and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Recipe 3: Chicken fillet with carrots in sour cream in a frying pan

Cut 4 chicken fillets into small cubes. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Lightly fry the fillet in a hot frying pan in a small amount of oil, just until the color changes. Place grated cheese on top
Cover the carrots with a lid and keep on high heat for about 5 minutes.

Open the lid, stir, pour in a third of a glass of water. Close the lid and simmer over low heat for 7-10 minutes. Salt, pepper, add herbs (can be dried), ready-made seasoning for chicken, thyme.
Mix.

Mix half a teaspoon of flour and a chopped garlic clove into 100 grams of sour cream. Place the sour cream in the frying pan with the fillet and carrots, stir, cover with a lid and keep on fire for 3-5 minutes.

Recipe 4: Chicken fillet “Tenderness” with soy sauce in a frying pan

Prepares quickly, the result is excellent!!!

1 chicken fillet (about 600 g),
chicken seasoning,
3-4 tbsp. soy sauce,
3-4 tbsp. sour cream,
vegetable oil for frying

1. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, cut into small pieces.


2. Pour soy sauce over the fillet, add seasoning, mix well, and leave to marinate for 1 hour.


3.Fry in vegetable oil for 20 minutes, stirring. Add sour cream, stir, remove from heat.


Recipe 5: Chicken fillet with mushrooms in sour cream in a frying pan

600 gr. chicken fillet,
200 gr. fresh mushrooms (I took champignons),
1 large onion (200 gr.),
1 cup sour cream,
1 tbsp. spoon of flour,
salt, ground black pepper - to taste,
4 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Place in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, fry over high heat, without covering with a lid, until golden brown. Remove the fillets from the pan.

Cut the onion into half rings and fry in the same fat that was used to fry the chicken fillet. Fry the onion, covered, until done. Remove from the pan.

Place the mushrooms, cut into slices, into the same frying pan, cover with a lid, when the mushrooms release their juice, remove the lid and fry the mushrooms.

Pour in 100 ml of boiling water, add chicken fillet, salt and pepper, simmer under the lid until all the liquid has boiled away. Fire is medium.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp. spoon of flour, mix thoroughly.

Add the fried onion, stir, fry everything together, stirring, for about 1 minute.

Pour in the sour cream, reduce the heat to low, stirring, and let the meat simmer, covered, for 4-6 minutes.

Recipe 6: Chicken fillet with sour cream and tomatoes in the oven

  • 400 g chicken fillet,
  • seasoning (or salt, black pepper) and mustard,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1-2 tomatoes,
  • 100 g hard cheese,
  • 100 g sour cream

Rinse the chicken fillet with cold water, cut into several pieces and lightly beat.
Rub each piece of fillet with seasoning or ground black pepper and salt, spread with hot mustard and leave for 30-40 minutes.
Fry the fillet pieces in vegetable oil until golden brown over medium heat.
Cut the tomato into circles, onion into half rings. Place chicken fillet in a baking dish. Place onion half rings and tomato slices on top.
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and mix with sour cream, distribute the sour cream and cheese mixture over pieces of chicken and vegetables.
Bake the chicken fillet in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.

Garnish the finished dish with chopped herbs.

Recipe 7: Chicken fillet with sour cream and cheese in the oven

It turns out very tasty and tender. The crispy cheese crust gives a pleasant appearance and preserves the juiciness of the chicken fillet. A great alternative for those who don't eat mayonnaise. Moreover, mayonnaise was originally conceived as a white sauce for salad dressing.

Chicken fillet with sour cream is prepared very quickly, when everyone is hungry and you want to eat something tasty and not have to wait long for dinner, this option for preparing chicken fillet is just right for such an occasion.

Minimum set of products:

  • 2 pcs. chicken fillet
  • 100-150 g sour cream
  • 50-70 g hard cheese
