3 yolks
1 teaspoon salt

flour (I used about 6 cups)

Mix all ingredients, add flour.


Under no circumstances pour out all the flour at once!
I add flour gradually and look at the consistency of the dough. The dough should be very, very soft. Most often I do this: I pour out 2-3 cups of flour, stir, then pour a lot of flour on the table and dump part of the dough (it is still liquid) into this flour. And already on the table, feeling the dough with my hands, I add flour and knead. You can stop at any time or, conversely, add flour.


Roll out the finished dough to a thickness of 1 - 1.5 cm. It is very soft, so I roll it out using flour. Otherwise it will stick to the table.
For regular gingerbread cookies, take a mold, such as a glass, or something of a smaller diameter and cut out our homemade kefir gingerbread cookies.
