A delicious second course of beef offal and various vegetables can be prepared in a slow cooker. Ingredients:

  • lung and liver - 0.3 kg each;
  • two onion heads;
  • beef heart - 0.3 kg;
  • one carrot;
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.:
  • tomatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Clean offal from excess films and veins, then rinse thoroughly.
  2. Put them in a multicooker bowl along with chopped onions.
  3. Add grated carrots and tomato cubes.
  4. Add pepper, salt and bay leaf.
  5. Mix well and select the "Extinguishing" program.
  6. Cook 1.5 hours. The dish is ready!
