  • salt – 0.5 tsp;
  • sugar – 1 tsp;
  • tomato paste – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • cuttlefish ink – 0.5 tsp;
  • tomatoes – 1 pc.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • oregano – 1 tsp;
  • shrimp – 100 g;
  • squid – 100 g;
  • suluguni – 120 g;
  • olives – 5 pcs.;
  • cherry – 5 pcs.

Preparation

  1. Grate the tomato, chop the onion.
  2. Fry with garlic, spices and tomato.
  3. Mix the yeast with sugar, butter and half the flour.
  4. Pour in cuttlefish ink and leave in a warm place for 4 hours.
  5. Add flour, knead the dough, roll out.
  6. Spread with sauce, layer cheese, seafood, cherry tomatoes.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes, garnish with herbs and olives.

Although delicious seafood pizza is considered an Italian invention, they are prepared differently in different regions of the country. In Sorrento they bake with a lot of tomato and little cheese, but in the north of the country it’s the other way around. You can also make baked goods using puff pastry; this option is called “Sailor”.

Ingredients:

  • shrimp – 300 g;
  • trout – 100 g;
  • hard cheese – 150 g;
  • greens – 1 bunch;
  • lemon juice – 2 tsp;
  • mayonnaise – 1 tbsp. l.

Preparation

  1. Roll out the dough, grease with mayonnaise.
  2. Boil the shrimp and cut the fish.
  3. Mix with herbs, lemon juice, and add.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes.

If the oven is a problem, pizza with frozen seafood will turn out just as good in a frying pan. The dough needs to be kneaded well so that it does not tear when rolling, but it is better to stretch it with your hands. To prevent the base from getting wet, it is lubricated with oil. For seafood, it is better to choose a “sea cocktail”, with a large selection.
