Stuffed omelet roll recipe step by step

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 3 art. l. milk;
  • a tablespoon of starch;
  • 30 g of bell pepper;
  • 50 g of tomatoes;
  • A bunch of greens;
  • Salt - to taste.

How to cook an omelet roll with stuffing in a pan

1. Take eggs at room temperature and break them into an empty bowl.

2. Pour warm (not higher than 30 degrees) milk.

3. Pour in some salt. Mix everything well with a whisk, until completely homogeneous.

4. Pour starch into the liquid mixture. Again, mix everything thoroughly until the starch dissolves.

5. Heat up the pan. Pour a little oil, spread it around the perimeter of the entire pan. Pour egg mixture into container.

6. Cook the omelette over medium heat with the lid on. It is important that it becomes dense and does not spread. It should take about 2 minutes to fry.

7. Chop the tomato and pepper with a knife. Put the vegetables in the pan on the omelet. Carefully roll the roll right into the pan. This is not difficult to do, you just need to hold one edge of the omelet with a spatula when twisting. Brown the roll in the pan for a few seconds and put it on a plate.

This roll is one of the easiest and most delicious snacks. It is prepared very quickly from simple products. The roll looks quite elegant, which gives it the right to be an honored "guest" on your table. Processed cheese and garlic are used for the filling - a win-win combination that is often found in cooking. I also used fresh herbs for the filling - green onions in half with fresh dill. It turned out quite presentable and added additional flavor notes. I advise you to cook such a roll on the next holiday, or you can not even wait for a reason!

To prepare an omelet roll with melted cheese, we need a small list of budget products. Greens, as I said, I have two types - green onions and dill (about 10 grams each). I advise you to take mayonnaise with a fat content of 50%. Cheese choose good quality, that is, more expensive.

Let's do the stuffing first. To do this, rub the cheese on a coarse grater directly into a bowl, add chopped greens, garlic and mayonnaise, passed through a press.

Mix everything well with a fork.

Now let's prepare the dough. Drive eggs into a deep small bowl, add flour and mayonnaise.

Mix with a mixer or whisk until smooth. It turns out liquid dough.

Lightly grease the heated pan with butter or vegetable oil - only the first time, no more. With a small ladle (possible from a slow cooker), pour a thin layer of dough, evenly distributing it over the surface of the pan and forming a pancake. We expect that three pancakes will come out of the resulting dough. Fry over medium heat for 20-30 seconds. Flip over to the other side.

The second side will bake faster - in about 10 seconds. Remove the pancake from the pan and pour the next one. We fry three pancakes.

We take the first pancake, put it on a board or a large flat dish and evenly apply a third of the filling on it. It is more convenient to do this with a spoon dipped in water.

Put the second pancake on the first pancake and apply the filling, put the third pancake on the second pancake and also apply the filling.

Before serving, cut the roll into portions. They will come out about 10 pieces with a thickness of 2 cm. Cook and try the dish with pleasure!

I propose to cook a delicious and original appetizer - an omelet roll with processed cheese and garlic. Despite the fact that the recipe is from the category of budget ones, this egg roll with filling will decorate any holiday table. As a filling, I used ordinary processed cheese such as "friendship", but you can cook this wonderful snack with any food that is in the refrigerator. You can use crab sticks, minced meat, liver pate or any delicate processed cheese, for example with mushroom flavor. As you can see, there is a lot of room for imagination here! I think any housewife will be delighted with such an appetizer, because this cheese roll is prepared in almost a matter of minutes, and the result is impressive. Moreover, each time experimenting with fillings, you can get a new and interesting taste. The roll turns out to be tender and appetizing, and cut into portioned pieces, it is suitable for any feast, buffet or snack during the day!

Ingredients:

  • egg - 2 pieces.
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons.
  • flour - 1 tbsp. heaped spoon.
  • processed cheese - 3 pieces.
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves.
  • salt - to taste.
  • greens - to taste.
  • mayonnaise - to taste.
  • Servings: 1 roll.

How to make an omelet roll with stuffing:

Since it is desirable to roll the roll in a warm state, the first step is to prepare the filling. Three curds on a grater, and to make it more convenient to do, you first need to hold them a little in the freezer.

We add garlic passed through the press and any fresh herbs to taste, I had dill.

We fill the filling with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.

To make an omelet, beat eggs and a pinch of salt. If the filling is salty enough, then the eggs can not be salted at all. Add sour cream.

Mix and add a spoonful of flour with a small slide.

Once again, beat everything until smooth.

We grease the pan with vegetable oil, warm it up and pour the egg mixture evenly distributing it. I have a large frying pan, 28 cm in diameter, one roll turned out. If you have a small frying pan, then this amount is enough to cook two rolls or one, but thicker.

Alternatively, you can pre-lay the bottom of the mold with baking paper. I did not want to mess with the oven, so I still stopped in the pan.

We cook the omelet on low heat for just a few minutes. Our task is not to fry the mass, but only to wait for it to seize. Put the finished omelet on a flat surface. I put it upside down so that the outside of the roll looks more tender, with a pleasant yellow tint.

Distribute the filling evenly on top, stepping back a little from one edge.

Then tightly pressing the omelet with your hands, roll up the roll.

I served the roll almost immediately, but I recommend wrapping it in cling film and putting it in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours. Then the roll soaked will be denser and better to keep the shape.

Bon appetit!!!
