  • 1 pinch oregano seasoning;
  • ½ tbsp. classic mayonnaise;
  • 70 ml fat kefir.

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the neck (pork) with cold water and dry with a paper towel. Cut the meat into small steaks. Be sure to chop the meat across the grain.
  2. Spread the surface of each piece of pork with salt, pepper and oregano. Treat with olive oil. In order for the meat to better absorb spices, it is worth making a mesh of shallow cuts on its surface with a sharp knife.
  3. Leave the pork to sit like this for at least a quarter of an hour. If possible, you should put it in a cool place overnight.
  4. Mix classic mayonnaise with kefir, add salt to taste and pepper to the sauce.
  5. Peel the onion and potatoes and chop into thin rounds. Also cut the tomatoes with the skin. Crumble the cheese using a fine grater.
  6. Coat a baking sheet with high sides with a small amount of olive oil. Place the potatoes in it in one layer. Add some salt. Place onion slices on top.
  7. Place the pork on top of the vegetable layer, cover it with tomato slices and plenty of grated cheese.
  8. Lubricate the products with kefir-mayonnaise sauce.

Place the dish in an oven preheated to medium temperature and bake it for 40 - 45 minutes. Such a hearty pork main can also be served at a holiday table, if you first decorate it beautifully with herbs and pickled vegetables.

Potato casserole with minced meat

Ingredients:

  • 6 large potatoes;
  • 430 g minced meat (beef + pork in equal proportions);
  • 170 g champignons;
  • 2 onions;
  • 80 ml kefir;
  • 1/3 tbsp. medium fat sour cream;
  • 2 tbsp. l. dry white wine;
  • 130 g “Russian” cheese;
  • salt;
  • spices to taste.

We prepare potato casserole from minced meat as follows:

  1. Slice the peeled potatoes thinly. Place half in a greased round or rectangular pan. Add salt and season with spices.
  2. Place minced meat on top. First you need to salt it to taste.
  3. Next, distribute the following layers: mushroom slices, thin onion rings, grated cheese.
  4. Pour sauce made from sour cream, salted kefir and dry white wine over all products.

Bake the treat in the oven for just under an hour at 190°C. Wait until the appetizing crust appears, cut the dish into portions and serve.

Chopped turkey cutlets

Ingredients:

  • up to half a kilo of poultry fillet;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 onions;
  • 1 tbsp. l. semolina;
  • 1 tbsp. l. flour;
  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • ½ tbsp. l. sweet mustard;
  • salt.

Preparation:

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices. Salt them and fry them until golden brown in hot vegetable oil.
  2. Brown the onion cubes and mushroom slices in the remaining fat.
  3. To prepare the sauce, fry the flour in a clean frying pan. When it turns brown, place the butter in a container and pour in the cream. Add salt and nutmeg. Heat the mixture until the sauce thickens.
  4. Place the ingredients fried above into it. Stir and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes.
  5. Divide the mixture into cocotte bowls and sprinkle with grated cheese.

This chicken recipe involves baking the dish in the oven at medium temperature for a quarter of an hour. During this time, the cheese should have time to melt and lightly bake.

Roast meat in pots

Ingredients for 700 grams of pork:

  • the same amount of potatoes;
  • 2 onions;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • Bay leaf;
  • salt.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the meat into cubes and fry in any heated fat. Finely chop the carrots and onions as desired.
  2. Place chopped vegetables on the bottom of the pots.
  3. Distribute meat and potato slices on top.
  4. Add crushed garlic, salt and bay leaf to each pot.
  5. Fill the food with water. The liquid should fill the containers halfway.

Bake the dish for 50 minutes at high temperature. Leave the finished treat to steep in the cooling oven for half an hour.

In a slow cooker

A multicooker will greatly facilitate the task of every housewife in preparing main dishes. It is enough to put all the necessary ingredients into it, activate the appropriate mode and you can go do other things around the house.

Beef Stroganoff in sour cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo of beef;
  • half a glass of homemade sour cream;
  • salt;
  • 2 small onions;
  • 80 g tomato paste;
  • 2 tbsp. l. flour;
  • ½ tbsp. beef broth;
  • fresh greens.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the beef and onion into medium pieces. Roll the meat in flour. Fry the products in a suitable multicooker mode until golden brown.
  2. Add salt, tomato paste and broth. If the sauce turns out sour, you need to add a pinch of sugar.
  3. Switch the “smart pan” to stewing mode. Cook the dish for 20 – 25 minutes.
  4. Add sour cream and chopped herbs to the finished roast. Stir and, if necessary, add salt to the mixture. Leave the treat to sit for 10 minutes.

This beef recipe can be slightly modified by adding other vegetables and spices.

Chicken hearts stewed with vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of chicken hearts;
  • salt;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • up to 400 grams of frozen broccoli;
  • ground black pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Clear offal from films and soak for 25 minutes in ice water.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, chop and place in the multicooker bowl. Fry the hearts with vegetables for 8 - 9 minutes
  3. Add broccoli, divided into florets, salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the treat in the “Stew” program for no more than a third of an hour.

If the liquid from the cabbage is not enough, you can add a little water or broth to the “smart pan”.

Classic pilaf with pork

Ingredients:

  • 2 multi-cups long rice;
  • about half a kilo of boneless pork;
  • 1.5 tbsp. l. spices for pilaf;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 multi glasses of water;
  • 2 onions;
  • salt;
  • 1 head of garlic.

Preparation:

  1. Pour 8 - 9 tablespoons of any vegetable oil into the bowl of the device. Pour small cubes of pork into it and all the seasonings at once. Fry the meat for a quarter of an hour with the lid closed. Stir it periodically.
  2. Add onion cubes and carrot strips. Continue frying for 5 - 6 minutes.
  3. Spread the washed rice on top of the roast and smooth it out.
  4. Pour salted water over the food. Stick unpeeled garlic cloves all over the surface of the cereal.

Cook the dish for 50 - 60 minutes in a suitable mode.

Azu in Tatar style in a slow cooker

Ingredients for half a kilo of beef pulp:

  • 2 onions;
  • 4 potatoes;
  • 4 small pickled cucumbers;
  • 1 large carrot;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • 1/3 tbsp. tomato paste;
  • salt to taste;
  • spices;
  • ½ tbsp. boiled water;
  • 1 tbsp. l. flour.

Preparation:

  1. Heat any fat in the baking program. Fry small pieces of beef on it. A beautiful golden brown crust should appear on the slices, which will retain all the meat juices inside.
  2. Add onion cubes to the fried beef, add salt, spices and flour. Mix the ingredients so that flour lumps do not form.
  3. After a couple of minutes, pour thin slices of pickled cucumbers and carrots into the bowl of the device.
  4. Activate the extinguishing program for 80 minutes. Cook the basics with the lid closed.
  5. After 40 minutes, pour the potato strips into the container. Pour salted water with the tomato paste diluted in it on top.

If the liquid evaporates very actively during the cooking process, you can periodically add it. Garnish the finished treat with chopped cilantro.

Mackerel with onions and mayonnaise in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • 1 large mackerel carcass;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1/3 tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise;
  • coarse salt to taste;
  • 1 large spoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice;
  • 1 pinch of Provençal herbs.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the fish carcass - remove the head, bones, and entrails. Wash the mackerel and cut into medium pieces. Rub each with salt and herbs de Provence.
  2. Add chopped onion and all the mayonnaise mixed with citrus juice to the container with fish preparations.
  3. Cook the dish in the “Steam” mode for about half an hour.

Serve the treat with any vegetables and/or boiled rice. If desired, the finished fish can be sprinkled with lemon juice.

Quick Recipes

The second dish can be prepared very quickly and easily if you choose the right recipe. It can be a “lazy” pie, a casserole, or simply baked meat or fish.

Quick pasta casserole

Ingredients:

  • 400 g medium-sized pasta;
  • 300 g each of smoked sausage and semi-hard cheese;
  • salt;
  • 60 g butter;
  • a couple of spoons of olive mayonnaise;
  • 3 tbsp. l. tomato paste.

Preparation:

  1. Boil pasta in salted water until tender.
  2. Cut the sausage into small cubes and mix them with tomato paste. Simmer in a frying pan for 4 – 5 minutes.
  3. Coarsely grate the cheese.
  4. Grease a baking dish with melted butter. Place the prepared pasta on the bottom. Spread the sausage and tomato filling on top.
  5. Generously sprinkle the future casserole with grated cheese.
  6. Bake the treat for 20 minutes at 200 – 210°C.

10 minutes before cooking, coat the dish with olive mayonnaise. You can take “ketchunez” for this purpose - a mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup.

Stewed sauerkraut

Ingredients for 300 grams of prepared cabbage:

  • 1 onion;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 1/3 tbsp. tomato paste;
  • 1 pinch of cumin;
  • salt;
  • sugar;
  • pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Coarsely grate the carrots. Cut the onion into half rings. If the cabbage is very sour, rinse it with water.
  2. Pour all the vegetables into a frying pan with any vegetable oil. Cook them over medium heat with frequent stirring for 6 - 7 minutes.
  3. Ingredients for 700 – 750 grams of chicken fillet:

  • 3 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • fresh garlic to taste;
  • coarse salt;
  • pepper mixture.

Preparation:

  1. Rub each chicken fillet with a mixture of peppers and salt.
  2. Place the meat in a heatproof dish.
  3. Coat the chicken with a mixture of salted sour cream and crushed garlic.

Bake the dish in the oven at medium temperature for a little over half an hour. Serve the meat to the table along with the resulting gravy and fresh bread.

“Lazy” lavash pie with minced meat

Ingredients:

  • 2 thin Armenian lavash;
  • 400 grams of minced meat;
  • ½ tbsp. mayonnaise;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 100 grams of “Dutch” cheese;
  • salt.

Preparation:

  1. Salt the minced meat. Divide into two parts.
  2. Place both on pita bread. Roll each into a tight roll.
  3. Mix beaten eggs with mayonnaise. Add salt.
  4. Place the pita breads very tightly one after another in a “snail” fashion in the multicooker bowl.
  5. Pour egg wash on top.
  6. Cook the dish in the baking program for 60 – 70 minutes.
  7. Serve hot or cold.

You can also make small “pies” for one serving from minced meat and lavash.

Fish baked with rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 large perch;
  • 1 tsp. spices for fish;
  • salt;
  • half a glass of rice;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes;
  • 2 stalked celeries;
  • 1 bunch of parsley;
  • vegetable oil;
  • 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the fish - remove scales, entrails, and remove gills. Rinse and dry the carcass.
  2. Rub the perch with a mixture of spices and vegetable oil. Leave to lie for half an hour.
  3. Chop the pepper, celery and tomatoes into large pieces.
  4. Mix vegetables with rice, boiled until half cooked. Place the mixture in a greased mold. Distribute chopped parsley over it, sprinkled with vinegar and oil.
  5. Place the fish carcass on top.

Bake the dish for half an hour at 200°C.

Preparation:

  • Wash all produce thoroughly.
  • Grate the onion and carrots on a coarse grater, fry in sunflower oil in a frying pan.

  • Chop the potatoes, put it all together with the minced meat in a bowl, add salt and pepper, mix.

  • Prepare the sauce: add tomato paste and spices to half a glass of water.

  • Fill the pasta “nests” with minced meat: you can form the “nests” in the shape you prefer - stretch them to long oval ones or, conversely, make them small and round.

  • Place the preparations in a frying pan for frying onions and carrots, pour over the sauce.

  • Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up, start frying the onion, bring it until golden brown.
  • Gradually add mushrooms and meat to the onions, fry until the chicken turns white.

  • After this, add tomato paste, spices, herbs to the mixture, continue to simmer over low heat.
  • While the filling is stewing, start preparing the sauce: mix with grated hard cheese and herbs. Take 2/3 of the entire portion of cheese, we will still need the rest.

  • Add one beaten chicken egg to the mixture.
