Cooking method:

1. Cut the chicken meat into arbitrary pieces, onion into half rings, chop the garlic, and cut the dried plum into small pieces.

2. Pour oil into a hot pan and fry the meat in it. As soon as the chicken pieces become ruddy, add onion and garlic to them. We introduce salt, spices, sour cream and a glass of water. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.

3. Add pieces of dried plum and cook the dish for another 15 minutes over low heat.

In the preparation of such dishes, instead of garlic, you can use dried or fresh chili.

The store often sells cereals, which will not only add a piquant taste to the dish, but also serve as its decoration.

It is important to note that you should not use cold sour cream to prepare the sauce. It should be at room temperature. With it, the sauce will not delaminate when interacting with hot meat.
