salad "Well, very tasty"

This is a “very tasty” salad; I haven’t yet seen a single person who didn’t like it. The main thing for this salad is to stand for a while and soak thoroughly, then it will be even more tender, aromatic and tasty.

For 4 - 5 servings:

Compound:
300 g chicken fillet
150 g carrots
100 g onion
1 can canned corn
300 g mushrooms
2 eggs
200 g mayonnaise
salt, pepper - to taste

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender and chop finely. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Finely chop the onion. Clean the mushrooms and cut into small cubes. In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the onion until golden brown, then add the carrots and lightly fry. Next, add the mushrooms and fry until all the liquid has evaporated, this will take at least 10 minutes. Then the mushroom mixture should be salted, peppered and cooled.


Ready-made onion-mushroom mixture

Boil the eggs hard and then grate them on a coarse grater. Mix together mushrooms with onions and carrots, chicken fillet, eggs and corn (drain off the liquid).


Mix all ingredients

Salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise and put the salad in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours.

LIVER SALAD

The salad is very tasty!!! This time, instead of liver, I had LIVER PATE (chicken, I made it myself). And it seemed to me that it was even tastier and more tender with it! Products are rubbed on a coarse grater.

1 layer - boiled grated potatoes
2 layer - boiled grated eggs
3rd layer - fried grated liver (I used chicken). If it’s beef, you can grate it finely - it will be softer.
4th layer - fried carrots with onions
Add mayonnaise to each layer and add a little salt.

Since there was no time, before laying each layer, I mixed it with mayonnaise, lined a bowl with cellophane, laid out the layers in reverse order, cooled it in the freezer for 10 minutes and turned it over onto a plate.

SALAD "SEA KING"

Very tasty salad.
Don't be put off by the unusual ingredients.
I recommend....

* 800 g frozen squid
* 400 g sea fish fillet (I had sole)
* 1 large onion
* 2 medium boiled carrots
* 4 boiled eggs
* 300 g white cabbage
* mayonnaise

Boil the squid in salted water from the moment the water boils for 4 minutes, cool, remove films, cut into strips.
Peel the carrots and cut into cubes.
Cut the eggs into cubes too.
Chop the cabbage and rub well with your hands.
Finely chop the onion, fry until golden brown, add fish fillet cut into pieces to the onion, fry until the fish is ready, add salt, cool, drain off excess oil (you can use a sieve).
Mix all ingredients, season with mayonnaise, add salt to taste if necessary. ________________________________________

Salad "Olivier" in a new way

potatoes (boiled) - 3 pcs.

carrots (boiled) - 1 pc.

cucumber (salted or pickled) - 5 pcs.

onion - 1 piece

sausage (“Doctorskaya”) - 200 g

green peas (canned) - 200 g
mayonnaise (for dressing + 2 tsp for pancakes)
wheat flour (for pancakes) - 2 tbsp. l
cheese (for pancakes) - 150 g
chicken egg (for pancakes) - 3 pcs
vegetable oil (for frying) - 1 tbsp. l


Peel potatoes, carrots, onions, cut into small cubes.


Also cut the cucumbers and sausage.


Add green peas (leave some for decoration) and mayonnaise.
Mix.


Place the salad in the middle of the dish.


Beat eggs with salt. Add flour and vegetable oil.


Bake pancakes.


Grate the cheese, add a little mayonnaise. Mix.


Spread the cheese mixture onto the pancakes.


Wrap in rolls, cut into circles.


Cover the salad with them. Garnish with green peas.

"KREMLIN" SALAD

Cooking method

Boil potatoes and eggs and peel. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Separate the boiled yolks from the whites of eggs. Finely chop both the yolks and whites. Chop the cabbage thinly, add salt and mix. Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown, stirring constantly. Let cool and chop finely. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Next, we begin to assemble our salad in layers. Place the component layers on the dish:

1. Potatoes. Lightly salt and grease with mayonnaise.

3. Yolk and mayonnaise.
