With cinnamon and nutmeg

If your guests are no longer surprised by the usual, then you should cook the original mochachino. This method may seem complicated at first glance. But it is quite possible to perform it at home. For this you will need:

  • ground coffee;
  • half a glass of fat milk;
  • vanillin;
  • one cinnamon stick;
  • 50 grams of whipped cream;
  • bitter black chocolate;
  • nutmeg.

Heat milk in a saucepan. Dilute vanilla in it, and wait until the mixture boils. Dip the chocolate, broken into pieces, into the boiling liquid. Stir constantly until it is completely melted.

Brew coffee in your usual way. Mix it with milk. You can add sugar.

Pour the chocolate-milk mixture into a cup of coffee. Whisk all ingredients thoroughly. Such a cocktail should be poured into tall glass goblets. You can put a cinnamon stick on top. Add a topping of whipped cream. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.

With the addition of cognac

This cocktail is perfect for parties or family celebrations. A small amount of cognac will give the drink piquancy and unusualness. Ingredients:

  • ground coffee;
  • water;
  • instant cocoa;
  • sugar;
  • cream;
  • cognac;
  • salt;
  • nutmeg.

Pour cocoa with sugar into a glass. Pour the required amount of coffee into the Turk. Add a small pinch of salt and nutmeg. Mix everything thoroughly and fill with water. Then cook in your usual way. Add vanillin to the finished drink and pour everything into a glass. Mix all ingredients. Add cognac and cream.

With cherry sorbet

Sorbet is a frozen or chilled mixture of fruit juice(mashed potatoes) and sugar syrup.

To prepare a drink you need:

  • 60 g cherry sorbet;
  • 1 tsp pomegranate syrup;
  • freshly brewed espresso;
  • 30 ml of milk;
  • 25 g of chocolate;
  • shredded coconut for decoration.

Put a ball of cherry sorbet at the bottom of the glass and pour over pomegranate syrup. Whisk freshly brewed coffee, milk and chocolate in a blender. Pour the mixture into a glass. The cocktail can be garnished with grated chocolate or coconut flakes.

Mochachino is an unusually tasty and nutritious drink. Latte lovers will certainly appreciate it, because it has an even brighter taste and aroma.
