Preparation... remove excess liquid (whey) from yogurt, for which you line a colander with gauze in two layers and pour about 300-400 ml of yogurt or 2 cups of 170 grams into it. The whey gradually seeps out, and in the gauze there remains a mass of consistency that is denser than the original one. While filtration is going on, I rub the cucumbers on a coarse grater and also put them in gauze to filter out excess liquid, since cucumbers are very watery, then squeeze again, (by the way, do not pour out the juice, while the potatoes are baking, you can lubricate your face with this juice, cleansing a refreshing mask).... squeeze the garlic through a garlic press onto a plate. After waiting for the end of filtration, I put the settled mass of yogurt from gauze into a bowl, add grated filtered cucumbers and garlic, salt and pepper to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
