    Cream 20% - 150 milliliters

    Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons

It doesn’t take much time to prepare delicious zrazy. You will be able to do everything in an hour. First of all, wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them and let them cook. When it boils, you need to salt it and you can forget about it for about 20 minutes.

At this time, you can start preparing the filling. Chicken fillet, you can take the thighs after clearing them of the bones and passing them through a meat grinder. Cut the champignons into 4 parts and cut into thin slices. Peel the onion and finely chop it.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. We send onions to it. As soon as it becomes transparent, add the champignons. Mix everything, add salt and pepper. The mushrooms must give up water. When it has completely evaporated, add half the butter and fry the mushrooms and onions until tender. This will take us 4-6 minutes.

Add minced chicken to the pan and mix vigorously until it is distributed into small fractions. Let all the water that comes out of it completely evaporate. Add cream to the pan. Stir constantly so that they coat all the ingredients. Cream will give the minced meat the right texture and juiciness. At the same time, the filling should become almost dry. Having achieved this effect, remove it from the heat.

At this time the potatoes are already cooked. Drain the water, add the remaining butter and mash into a puree. There shouldn't be any lumps here. Let it cool a little and add a chicken egg to it. Knead the mixture well with a silicone spatula or hand. If you are afraid that your zrazy will spread, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of flour or a spoonful of potato starch to be sure. They will make the dough sticky.

We form balls from mashed potatoes, the size of which depends on the desired size. Wet your hands with water and flatten the ball into a circle. Place the filling in the middle and carefully pinch everything together.

It is better to roll the prepared zrazy in breadcrumbs, so they will acquire a golden hue and will definitely not stick to the pan.

Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan. Place zrazy on it, let them “set” and reduce the heat to slightly below medium. They shouldn't burn. Fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and transfer to a baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 150 degrees. Cover the fried zrazy with foil and place in the oven for about 20-30 minutes. During this time they will reach, steam, be soft, but with a crispy crust.

  1. First you need to prepare the chicken fillet. We wash it under cold water, and then remove films, remnants of connective tissue and fat. If you used brisket, remove all bones and skin as well.
  2. Cut the fillet into small pieces - this way it will cook faster, place it in a small saucepan and fill with cold water so that it completely covers the meat. Place on the fire and cook until done. Half an hour is usually enough to completely cook the sirloin.
  3. While our meat is cooking, we will take care of the potatoes. It needs to be washed thoroughly and sent to boil directly in its uniform - this way we will preserve the starch, which means that in the future it will be easier to make zrazy out of potatoes.

  • Onion – 2 pcs;
  • White bread – 2 medium pieces;
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs;

  1. First, peel the potatoes, cook them until tender and make the usual not too liquid puree.
  2. Peel the onion and fry in oil until golden brown.
  3. Grind pieces of white bread and soak in warm milk.
  4. Add onion, eggs, bread, salt and spices to the minced chicken. Mix everything well.
  5. Pour flour into a deep bowl and place a tablespoon of minced chicken into it. Sprinkle a little flour on top and form a meat cake (without flour, minced chicken sticks to your hands and even water doesn’t always help), put a little mashed potatoes in the center.
