Pork in sesame seeds with vegetables- it's very fast, very simple, very beautiful and very tasty. I love this recipe for the fact that for a delicious dinner you don’t need to invent anything - just sesame seeds, various vegetables and a little lean pork.

Today I took broccoli, eggplant, green beans and leeks. I try to choose vegetables so that they not only match, but also look beautiful in the dish.

Pork with vegetables involves a very quick preparation of the dish. Therefore, in order for pork and vegetables to retain their freshness, crunch and color, it is important to first prepare the side dish, cut the pork and prepare the vegetables. And then, in a matter of minutes, fry the pieces of pork in sesame seeds, vegetables and season all this beauty with sweet soy sauce. And before you have time to look back, the dish already flaunts just an oil painting - colorful, bright vegetables and golden sesame slices of pork. I really like to cook such dishes, the mere sight of which causes a terrible appetite.

  • Lean pork - 150 grams

  • Return the pork to the pan with the vegetables, mix and turn off the heat in just a minute.
  • Quickly ferment on plates until the pork and vegetables are tender. Garnished with fluffy rice.
My notes:

This pork can be cooked at any time of the year. In summer with fresh, and in winter with frozen vegetables. Broccoli, bean pods, leeks, eggplant, bell peppers - the most important thing is that the vegetables are combined with each other. You can also use ready-made sets of vegetables for frying. I usually have my own frost, and I just take a little bit of everything. In the composition of the products, I gave the proportions for fresh vegetables. If you use ready-made frozen mixtures of vegetables for frying, a 400-gram package is enough.

  • I return the pork to the pan with the vegetables, mix it and turn off the fire in just a minute.

  • Quickly arrange on plates until the pork and vegetables are tender. Today I have crumbly rice as a side dish.

1) Clean the meat from the films, wash, dry with a paper towel. Cut into small pieces - "one bite".

3) Dip the chopped meat into the batter and mix very carefully. The meat should be well coated with dough on all sides. Let's get some rest.

4) For frying meat, you must use a wok or a deep frying pan. Heat the oil to a smoke and quickly dip the meat into it piece by piece.

For frying, 3-4 minutes are enough: the pieces of meat become a pleasant golden color, like the sun's rays caressing the land of the Rising Sun!

Place cooked meat pieces on paper towels to remove excess oil.

5) We start preparing the sauce: cut the onion into thin slices, grate a little ginger, chop the garlic.

Spicy lovers can add hot pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over high heat and fry the chopped ingredients in it (stirring very intensively).

6) Pour 100 g of meat broth, soy sauce, wine, sugar into the fried onion. Let it boil, after which you can fall asleep sesame seeds.

Let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of water and gently stirring add to the sauce. Mix until thickened.

7) place the pieces of meat in the sauce and gently mix so that the sauce wraps around it on all sides.

Well, now you can spread the finished meat on rice or lettuce, pick up bamboo sticks and enjoy the delights of Chinese cuisine.
