Preparing dough for homemade cake.

  1. Add eggs to condensed milk and mix with a whisk.
  2. Pour flour, cocoa into the resulting mixture and mix again.
  3. We add soda slaked with vinegar to the dough from condensed milk (for 1 teaspoon of soda - 1 tablespoon of 9% vinegar).
  4. Once again, mix well - the dough is ready.

  9. For cream: beat with a mixer (at low speed) 400 grams of boiled condensed milk and the same amount of sour cream.
  10. We cut the finished chilled biscuit into three equal parts (if the top turned out to be too convex, cut it off and put it aside).

Cooking method:

1. Beat the yolks (do not throw away the whites) with sugar, add butter and soda to the mixture. Mix and add flour. Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator. Next, beat the proteins, pouring powdered sugar gradually. You should get a thick meringue. Add starch to it, beat again. We take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll out 2 identical rectangular cakes from it. We put them on a baking sheet, evenly grease the top with jam or kiwi jam. Smooth out the meringue with the top layer. Sprinkle everything with hazelnuts and send it to the oven (temperature - 160 degrees) and bake for 40-50 minutes.

- 200 gr. butter (for cream)

Cooking method:

1. Rub the softened butter with sugar, yolks and slaked soda until white. Gradually add the amount of flour provided for in the recipe and start the dough (not too rough). Then we divide it into four parts, which we remove in the cold for 20-40 minutes.

2. While the dough is cooling, prepare the cream. Beat the condensed milk (boiled) with melted butter and vanilla until a steep fluffy foam. That's basically it.

3. We take out four pieces of dough from the refrigerator and roll out four round layers from them. We heat the oven to 230-250 degrees and send the cakes there for 12-16 minutes. Let cool and start shaping the cake.

- a jar of condensed milk
- 90 gr. Sahara
- 500 gr. fat cottage cheese
– berry-fruit mix (strawberries, bananas, peaches, etc.)
