Cooking step by step:

Wash the pork ribs under running water and divide large pieces into portions.

Rinse well again so that there are no bone fragments left, which are always present after chopping.

Sprinkle with spices and place tightly in a cup, cover and leave to marinate in spices for 1.5-2 hours.

Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them fairly large.
Peel and wash the onions, cut them as you like - into slices, half rings or cubes
