Then boil water in a saucepan, put the potatoes in it and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, then add the cabbage. This is necessary so that the spices give the oil all their aroma. Add carrots to the pan, fry for 3-4 minutes, then add potatoes and heat slightly. Next, pour the washed rice into the vegetable mixture and add the tomato cut into medium pieces. Stir and cook for 2 minutes until the juices release. Pour boiling broth or water into the pan, add salt and cook over low heat until the rice and potatoes are cooked, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat ready soup, let it brew for 10 minutes under the lid and, when serving, garnish with fresh herbs.

1 head of cauliflower,
3 tomatoes
4 onions,
