  4. I grate 200 g of hard cheese on a coarse grater, and 100 g of semi-hard cheese on a fine grater.

  6. I drain the water from the cones and pour the cheese sauce into the pasta and mix well.

  7. I transfer the finished dish to a plate and sprinkle with a pinch of paprika.

  9. Gradually, in parts, I introduce milk (1 liter). When the sauce has thickened a little, add salt to taste and grate 200 g of cheddar cheese. I stir and add 100 g of Parmesan cheese and a pinch of fresh nutmeg.

  10. Mix everything thoroughly again and turn off the heat.
  11. I put the finished pasta in a sieve and wash it. I turn on the oven to heat up.
  12. I place the pasta in a baking dish, sprinkle with bacon and onions, and mix all the ingredients.

  13. Pour in the prepared sauce and place in a hot oven (200°C) for 20 minutes.
