  • espresso – 50 ml;
  • cream – 100 ml.

First you need to prepare espresso:

  1. 2 teaspoons of finely ground coffee, sugar (optional) and a whisper of coarse salt are placed in a Turk, which is held over the fire for the next 2 to 3 minutes.
