Because if you make the pieces very large, then it may not have time to pickle in a short time. And in fact, it may take from 5 hours to a day for each piece to be salted.

  • White ground pepper - ½ tsp

Cooking:

  1. Wash the fish, set aside on a paper towel so that a little glass of water.

  4. Put in a plastic bag, pour the rest of the salt there.
