Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of pita bread;
  • 100 g crab sticks;
  • 50 g cheese;
  • several sprigs of dill;
  • 3 tbsp. l. fat sour cream;

Three cheeses on a medium or fine grater.

Cut the crab sticks as finely as possible.

How to cook:

Crab sticks must first be thawed and chopped in a way convenient for you. I most often use a blender with a bowl, but a small amount can be chopped with a knife.

Grate the processed cheese onto a fine grater.

Pass the garlic through a press and mix with mayonnaise in a separate bowl.

We take the marinated champignons out of the brine and try to cut them into slices.

Wash the parsley and dill and chop finely.

Unroll a sheet of pita bread on the table, spread it with mayonnaise-garlic mixture, and sprinkle with herbs.

Now let's work on the second layer. Boil the egg hard, peel and grate on a medium grater. Three hard cheeses, too, on a medium grater. Add mayonnaise, salt, black pepper to taste and mix. As in the case of the first layer, the mass should not be too thick or very liquid. To achieve the desired consistency, add mayonnaise in small portions so that you can stop in time. It took me a little less than 2 tablespoons.

Spread the cheese-egg mixture on the second sheet of pita bread and place it on the first sheet, with crab-garlic filling.

And now it’s the turn of the third and final layer. For it, finely chop the dill and mix with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

We put mayonnaise with dill on the pita bread and put it on the first 2 - with crab sticks and an egg with cheese.

We check that the corners of all three sheets of pita bread match and roll them into a roll along the short side. Thus, we will get a roll that is not very long, but quite large in diameter.

Wrap a roll of thin pita bread with crab sticks in foil (or cling film) and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to soak.

Then take out the roll and cut it into portions 1.5-2 cm wide.

And now we roll the pita bread into a tight roll. We take our time, do everything carefully so that the roll turns out even.

Then we pack the roll in cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Before serving, cut the roll into pieces up to 2 cm thick.
